Fral FSW63 is a fixed dehumidifier that can be used in many fields but is particularly suitable for areas with swimming pools as the material it is made of is highly resistant to corrosion caused by chlorine . Furthermore, Fral FSW63 allows easy maintenance thanks to the removable and washable high-efficiency polyurethane filter .
The Fral FSW100 wall-mounted dehumidifier requires direct drainage in order to function or it can be equipped with the optional kit with a condensation lifting pump which allows the condensation to be raised up to 3.5 m from the level where the machine is located.
The refined design of the FSW range by Fral allows it to be used even in particular environments open to the public such as libraries or offices.
On request, Fral FSW100 can be equipped with electric resistors or a hot water battery for heating.
How a fixed dehumidifier works
Fral fixed dehumidifiers allow you to control the level of humidity in the air, avoiding damage to objects and electrical systems or the formation of mold, peeling paint and fogging of windows and glass. All this happens except for the recirculation of filtered air deprived of humidity thanks to the use of specific fans.
Fral FDW100 is the best solution to make the most of an indoor swimming pool because, thanks to the maintenance of humidity at the desired levels , you can avoid the fogging of the glass by limiting the phenomenon of evaporation of hot water which makes the use of the pool itself uncomfortable while at the same time damaging the components and surfaces.
Functional specifications
Galvanized sheet metal structure and rotary compressor
The FSW series dehumidifiers are made of galvanized sheet metal and painted with polyurethane powders enamelat 180°C to ensure the best resistance to atmospheric agents. The structure is self-supporting . The Fral FSW100 swimming pool dehumidifier is equipped with a rotary compressor . The compressor of this Fral dehumidifier has low energy consumption and silent operation . The rotary compressor for swimming pool dehumidifiers uses the R410a refrigerant gas.
Refrigeration circuit and condensation collection
The refrigeration circuit includes a dehydrating filter , Schrader valves for maintenance and control, capillary tube expansion , compressor , condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminum fins. The condensate collection container is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel , with a 3⁄4” female connection for the condensate drain pipe.
Fan, filter and microprocessor
This Fral FSW100 swimming pool dehumidifier features a centrifugal fan . The air filter is made of synthetic material , washable and easily replaceable . The microprocessor of the professional dehumidifier is used to control general operation , automatic defrosting , alarms and humidity and temperature regulation.
Electrical panel
The Fral dehumidifier electrical panel is composed of: remote control terminals and electronic board .
Testing
Refrigerant circuit leak tests, electrical discharge tests and functional tests are performed.
Technical specifications
The Fral FSW100 anti-corrosion dehumidifier is 230V with a maximum absorbed power of 1610 W and a nominal air flow rate of 980 m³/h. In the case of using electric resistances, the maximum absorbed power will be 4350 W.
The LRA inrush current is 28 A while the sound pressure at 3 meters distance is 49 dB(A) .
The protection level of the machine is IPX2 , with R410a refrigerant gas.
The operating range is between 7÷35 °C .
