Fral FSW63 - Fixed Pool Dehumidifier
Fral FSW63 is a fixed dehumidifier for Fral FSW series swimming pools but can be used in multiple applications. Resistant to corrosion due to chlorine , this swimming pool dehumidifier has a high efficiency polyurethane filter that is washable and easily replaceable.
Fral FSW63 has the possibility of direct discharge or with the optional installation of a condensate lifting pump . The condensate lifting pump allows the condensate to be sent up to 3.5 m high , from the level where the professional dehumidifier has been positioned.
Refined design, Fral FSW63 can also be installed in environments open to the public such as libraries and offices .
How a Pool Dehumidifier Works
To enjoy an indoor pool and swim in total comfort, it is useful to keep the humidity level of the room between 60% and 70%. In this way, you will avoid fogged glass, damage to the components and condensation on the surfaces. Fral dehumidifiers for swimming pools allow you to limit the phenomenon of evaporation of hot water, which makes using the pool itself uncomfortable.
A fixed professional dehumidifier allows you to keep the air free from humidity , in order to avoid the formation of mold, peeling paint and constantly fogged windows . Fral dehumidifiers of the FSW range recirculate the filtered and humidity-free air through the action of a fan .
Functional specifications
Galvanized sheet metal structure and rotary compressor
The FSW series dehumidifiers are made of galvanized sheet metal and painted with polyurethane powders enamelat 180°C to ensure the best resistance to atmospheric agents. The structure is self-supporting . The Fral FSW63 swimming pool dehumidifier is equipped with a rotary compressor . The compressor of this Fral dehumidifier has low energy consumption and silent operation . The rotary compressor for swimming pool dehumidifiers uses the R410a refrigerant gas.
Refrigeration circuit and condensation collection
The refrigeration circuit includes a dehydrating filter , Schrader valves for maintenance and control, capillary tube expansion , compressor , condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminum fins. The condensate collection container is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel , with a 3⁄4” female connection for the condensate drain pipe.
Fan, filter and microprocessor
This Fral FSW63 swimming pool dehumidifier features a centrifugal fan . The air filter is made of synthetic material , washable and easily replaceable . The microprocessor of the professional dehumidifier is used to control general operation , automatic defrosting , alarms and humidity and temperature regulation.
Electrical panel
The Fral dehumidifier electrical panel is composed of: remote control terminals and electronic board .
Testing
Refrigerant circuit leak tests, electrical discharge tests and functional tests are performed.
