Fral FDND33 - Professional Portable Dehumidifier

The Fral FDND33 portable dehumidifier is a professional portable device from the FDND series. It is a high-performance appliance, equipped with a robust galvanized sheet metal structure painted with epoxy resins. Mounted on 4 swivel wheels for easy movement, the Fral FDND33 is a mobile dehumidifier for industrial, craft, Ho.Re.Ca., and demanding private users.

It features a washable, high-efficiency polyurethane filter that is easily replaceable, and a large condensate collection tank with the option for direct drainage. It is possible to install a condensate lifting pump in place of the tank, which can pump condensate up to a height of 3.5 m from the machine's placement level.

A noteworthy feature of this Fral FDND33 dehumidifier is the evaporation coil made of smooth aluminum tubes. This exclusive design, derived from professional dehumidifiers, allows for lower energy consumption by the Fral FDND33, with very high efficiency even at low relative humidity. It includes a meter and hot gas defrosting.

Resistant Structure

The structure and sheet metal are hot-dip galvanized and subsequently powder-coated with epoxy resins, ensuring high resistance and long-term durability.

Compressor and Refrigeration Circuit

The compressor is of the rotary type, mounted on anti-vibration mounts. The evaporation refrigeration circuit is equipped with an aluminum smooth tube coil. The smooth tubes ensure high dehumidifier efficiency, significantly reducing energy consumption even at low relative humidity. For the condenser, the coil is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins; the wide fin spacing of the condenser ensures dust resistance, long machine life, and easy maintenance.

Condensate Collection Tank

The condensate collection tank is very large and included as standard, easily removable. The machine is also prepared for connection to a fixed condensate drain.

Condensate Lifting Pump

The condensate lifting pump is an optional accessory for the Fral FDND33, designed to replace the condensate collection tank. It allows for the expulsion of condensed water up to a height of 3.5 m relative to the machine's position. This portable dehumidifier is equipped with an alarm to shut down the dehumidifier in case of pump malfunction. Alternatively, a condensate lifting pump kit is available, easily attachable to the outside of the dehumidifier, equipped with a malfunction alarm and machine shutdown.

Fan and Air Filter

The fan of the Fral FDND33 portable dehumidifier is of the axial type, statistically and dynamically balanced. The fan has been designed for long-term durability.

With a polyurethane air filter, washable and easily replaceable, the Fral FDND33 is a high-efficiency filter.

Testing

Control Panel and Microprocessor

The microprocessor included with the Fral FDND33 controls the hot gas defrosting cycles, the compressor timer, and the alarm board. Located on the top of the machine, the control panel is complete and intuitive.

This small and quiet dehumidifier has a single-phase connection of 230 V, with a maximum power of 380 W. The airflow rate of the Fral FDND33 dehumidifier is 380 m³/h, with a tank capacity of 8 kg for a maximum dehumidification of 33 L / 24 h.

Suitable for humidity regulation in environments up to 500 m³, the Fral FDND33 is suitable for drying in environments up to 280 m³.
