Features of the Fral FDW016 Wall-Mounted Dehumidifier

The structure of this air conditioner dehumidifier is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal, subsequently epoxy powder coated to ensure high resistance and long durability of the anti-humidity device over time.

With a reciprocating compressor and a double filtration system, the Fral FDW016 uses a washable polyurethane filter. The dehumidifier filter is easily replaceable.

The defrost cycles of this Fral-branded, Made in Italy wall dehumidifier, as well as the timer and alarm board, are controlled by a microprocessor designed to extract the maximum performance from the Fral FDW016.

The humidistat for the dehumidifier is located on the side of the device, while the operation indicator lights are on the front of this electric dehumidifier. The control panel of the Fral FDW016 is therefore intuitive and easy to understand.

Refrigeration Circuit and Fan

This dehumidifier for homes and other indoor environments features a state-of-the-art refrigeration circuit. Specifically:

• Evaporator: as mentioned, the coil is made of smooth aluminum tubes. Smooth tubes ensure high efficiency of the dehumidifier, significantly reducing energy consumption even at low relative humidity.
• Condenser: the coil is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins; The wide fin spacing of the condenser ensures resistance to dust, long machine life, and easy maintenance.
• Ventilation: this dehumidifier uses axial ventilation. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced. Resistant and durable.

Leak tests of the refrigeration circuit, electrical discharge tests, and functional testing are performed.
