Helvi PC 33 is a compressed air plasma cutting inverter system that allows fast and deformation-free cutting . Sold with torch and earth cable with clamp , this professional welding machine has high current stability .

Technical Specifications

Helvi PC 33 for 230V plasma cutting has a 60% power of 2.8 kW , a no-load voltage of 310V and a regulation range of 10 ÷ 30 A. With a duty cycle of 30A @ 30% and 12A @ 100% , this machine has a cutting capacity of 10 mm . The compressed air flow rate is 100 L/min , its pressure is 4 ÷ 5 bar . Helvi PC 33 is light and compact with its dimensions of 38 x 15.5 x 32 cm and a weight of 9.7 kg .

Plasma Cutting

Plasma welding is an evolution of TIG welding designed for industries and professionals with high skills, where the plasma comes from a highly ionized gas with excellent performance in terms of welding resistance and precision. Thanks to its strong mechanical resistance to traction and heat, this type of welding is recommended for industrial processes. The molten metal (plasma) that comes out of the nozzle at very high speed reaching temperatures of up to 20,000 °C.

Plasma Welding can be used on any type of metal that has medium-high thicknesses. This type of welding is faster than other welding and has a very high concentration of power, an almost total absence of fumes and requires a lower intensity of current.
