Unger Kit HydroPower NANO - Pure Water System With Carbon 24K

Unger Kit HydroPower NANO, professional mobile pure water production system for cleaning windows, facades, and photovoltaic systems.

3-stage filtration with reverse osmosis membrane, HydroPower carbon DI filter, resin demineralization filter.

Production, depending on the operating mode, ranges from 100 to 260 L/h (4.3 L/min).

The unit can be combined with a small external electric pump which allows osmotic water production up to 225 L/h.

A complete kit is offered with an 8.60 m nLITE Carbon 24K telescopic pole, angled brush, adapter, 25 m DuroFlex hose, and resin demineralization filter.

Functional Specifications

HydroPower Pure Water System

The HydroPower system combines a carbon pre-filter, reverse osmosis membrane, and resin DI filtration to produce professional pure water, reducing or completely eliminating limescale content in the water for perfect cleaning of glass surfaces.

3-Stage Filtration

The 3-stage filtration increases the efficiency of the DI filter, allowing for up to 14 times higher production yield per resin pack compared to a traditional DI system, depending on the quality and hardness of the incoming water.

Operation Without Electrical Power

The system can operate without an electrical connection, directly connected to the water tap, with an indicative pressure of 3.5 bar, facilitating use on construction sites and in areas without power supply.

If a greater quantity of pure water is desired, an external pump can be used to increase the efficiency of the reverse osmosis membrane, for a maximum production of 225 L/h.

Flow Optimizer

The flow optimizer allows adjustment of flow rate, pressure, and resin consumption to adapt performance to different operating conditions and water hardness.

Pure Water Production 100-260 L/h

The production capacity reaches approximately 100-260 L/h of pure water, allowing for professional interventions with high operational continuity.

Carbon 24K Telescopic Pole

The nLITE Carbon 24K telescopic pole consists of 6 sections and reaches 8.60 m, with the possibility of extension up to approximately 16 m working height using compatible extension poles.

Professional Angled Brush

The 28 cm nLITE angled brush is designed to widen the cleaning radius and facilitate the treatment of glass surfaces, sills, overhangs, and hard-to-reach areas.

Modular Angle System

The nLITE modular angle system allows configuration of the equipment's angle to more precisely reach inclined surfaces, cantilevered facades, and complex structures.

25 m DuroFlex Hose

The nLITE DuroFlex high-performance hose transports pure water within the telescopic pole and reaches a total length of 25 m, with quick connections at the ends.

Professional Mobile Structure

The stable frame and large wheels facilitate transport of the system even on uneven surfaces. The dedicated integrated supports also allow for convenient transport of the telescopic pole.

Use with Booster Pump

With a booster pump, mains water is pushed through the reverse osmosis membrane to optimize the filtration process. By setting the Flow Optimizer to 0%, the osmotized water is not mixed with mains water, allowing for very low PPM levels and optimized water flow.
