The Comer AIRLESS 1 piston pump represents the entry-level model in COMER's range of airless machines, offering an excellent balance between performance and affordability. Designed for reliability and ease of use, it is suitable for spraying both water- and solvent-based paints, enamels, and varnishes. The DC motor ensures direct conversion of electrical energy into mechanical power, allowing for a maximum flow rate of 2.7 L/min and a pressure of up to 227 bar . Compact and lightweight, it can use hoses up to 15 m and features mechanical pressure regulation to adapt to different working conditions.

Direct conversion DC motor
The Comer Airless 1 features a DC motor that converts electricity directly into mechanical energy. This technology ensures efficiency, continuous spraying, and optimized fuel consumption. The machine reaches a maximum flow rate of 2.7 L/min and a pressure of up to 227 bar , allowing it to easily handle both water- and solvent-based paints, enamels, and varnishes. Pressure regulation is mechanical. The maximum nozzle size that can be installed is 0.021" , perfect for a wide variety of applications.
High performance piston and sieve filter
The Comer Airless 1 design features a high-performance piston , developed to ensure long life and reduce maintenance requirements. It also includes a sieve filter , usually reserved for higher-end machines, which improves spray quality and protects the system from impurities.
