Fral FDNF33 - Professional Low Consumption DISPLAY Dehumidifier

Fral FDNF33 is a dehumidifier mounted on 4 swivel wheels which, thanks to its robust yet lightweight structure, can be used to remove moisture in particularly humid environments or to dry particularly damp rooms.

With a robust galvanized sheet metal structure painted with epoxy resins, the Fral FDNF33 dehumidifier features an efficient polyurethane filter. This high-efficiency filter is washable and easily replaceable.

The portable dehumidifier we are describing has a large condensate collection tank with the possibility of direct drainage. It is also possible to install a condensate pump in place of the tank, which allows the condensate to be pumped up to a height of 3.5 m from the machine's placement level.

Fral FDNF33 is equipped with an evaporator coil made of smooth aluminum tubes, which allows for lower energy consumption by the professional dehumidifier, while maintaining very high performance even in conditions of low relative humidity. Hour meter and Hot Gas defrosting with R290 gas.

It has a connector for pump connection - sold separately.

Functional Specifications

Resistant Structure

The structure and sheet metal are hot-dip galvanized, then powder-coated with epoxy resins, ensuring high resistance and long-term durability.

Compressor and Refrigeration Circuit

The compressor is of the rotary type, mounted on anti-vibration mounts. The evaporation refrigeration circuit is equipped with a smooth aluminum tube coil. The smooth tubes ensure high dehumidifier performance while significantly reducing energy consumption even at low relative humidity. For the condenser, the coil is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins; the wide fin spacing of the condenser ensures resistance to dust, long machine life, and easy maintenance.

Condensate Collection Tank

The condensate collection tank is very large and included as standard, easily removable. The machine is also prepared for connection to a fixed condensate drain.

Condensate Lift Pump

The condensate lift pump of the Fral FDNF33 is designed to replace the condensate collection tank and allows the condensed water to be expelled up to a height of 3.5 m from the machine's position. This portable dehumidifier is equipped with an alarm to shut down the dehumidifier in case of pump malfunction. Alternatively, a condensate lift pump kit is available, easily attachable to the outside of the dehumidifier, equipped with a malfunction alarm and machine shutdown. Both the machine only version and the version with an integrated pump are available.

Fan and Air Filter

The fan of the Fral FDNF33 portable dehumidifier is of the axial type, statically and dynamically balanced. The fan is designed for long-term durability.

With a washable and easily replaceable polyurethane air filter, the Fral FDNF33 is a high-efficiency filter.

Testing

The Fral FDNF33 undergoes the following tests:

Control Panel and Microprocessor

The microprocessor included with the Fral FDNF33 controls the hot gas defrost cycles, the compressor timer, and the alarm board. Located at the top of the machine, the control panel is complete and intuitive.

This small and quiet dehumidifier has a single-phase connection of 230 V, with a maximum power of 480 W. The airflow of the Fral FDNF33 dehumidifier is 380 m³/h, with a tank capacity of 8 kg for a maximum dehumidification of 33 L / 24 h.

Suitable for humidity regulation in environments up to 500 m³, the Fral FDNF33 is suitable for drying in very humid environments up to 280 m³.

The refrigerant gas used for this professional dehumidifier is R290.
