The Castellari Tornado Carbon C V3 harvester is a professional electric olive harvester Made in Italy, designed to ensure efficiency and maneuverability. It is equipped with 32.5 cm flexible carbon rakes and counter-rotating elliptical double-movement combs, with a speed of 1150 beats per minute, suitable for all olive varieties. The motor at the base of the pole improves balance, while the telescopic carbon structure, adjustable from 1.8 to 2.4 m, helps reduce weight and vibrations. With a weight of only 2.8 kg and an external 12 V power supply, it offers practicality during harvesting. A 15 m cable and two safety fuses are included.

Carbon Rakes with Double Elliptical Movement

The harvesting system features counter-rotating elliptical double-movement combs, designed to facilitate the detachment of olives from the branches. The 32.5 cm flexible carbon rakes operate at a speed of 1150 beats per minute, ensuring a dynamic and effective action on different olive varieties. The flexibility of the rakes helps limit stress on the vegetation, while the opposing movement ensures efficient harvesting.

Flexible Rakes to Reach Inside the Canopy

The particular flexibility of the carbon rakes, along with the shape of the head, allows penetration among the branches and reaching even the innermost areas of the canopy. This configuration facilitates work on different plant structures and allows for intercepting olives even in less accessible areas.
