The BAHCO BCL51 is a dual-action opposed reciprocating olive harvester, designed to make olive harvesting quicker, more practical, and efficient. Powered by 12V and equipped with a powerful 370W motor, it offers adequate performance for extended work sessions during the harvest season. The structure combines lightness, robustness, and good balance, weighing only 2.2 kg without the extension. The 230 cm fixed aluminum rod, combined with the 100 cm extension, allows access to even the highest branches. The harvesting system uses two opposed combs with 10 flexible carbon fiber tines, designed to penetrate the canopy and facilitate olive detachment. The working width reaches 40 cm, while the speed is up to 1650 cycles per minute.

The BAHCO BCL51 is a 12V electric harvester designed for harvesting olives directly from the tree. The combination of the 370W motor, the dual opposed reciprocating system, and the carbon fiber combs allows for effective work within the canopy. The robust structure is designed for continuous use and offers a good weight-to-balance ratio, facilitating tool handling during harvesting operations.

Dual opposed reciprocating comb

The harvesting system of the BAHCO BCL51 features two opposed reciprocating combs, designed to work effectively among the olive tree branches. The combs have a working width of 40 cm and reach a speed of 1650 cycles per minute, facilitating olive detachment from the tree. The 10 flexible carbon fiber tines, robust and lightweight, are designed to penetrate the foliage without excessively weighing down the tool.

Aluminum Rod up to 3.3m

The harvester has a fixed 230 cm aluminum rod, to which a 100 cm aluminum extension can be added. With this configuration, the total length reaches approximately 3.3 m, allowing work on branches at greater heights without the need for ladders or other equipment.
