Functional Specifications

Castellari Tornado Carbon LV3 Professional Shaker

The Castellari Tornado Carbon LV3 is a professional electric shaker designed to make olive harvesting faster, more effective, and less tiring. The carbon structure combines lightness and strength, offering a tool suitable for professional use and for harvesting all types of olives.

Carbon Rods with Double Elliptical Movement

The strong point of the Tornado Carbon LV3 is the harvesting system with counter-rotating double elliptical combs. The flexible carbon rods, 32.5 cm long, work at 1150 beats per minute and effectively detach olives from the branches. The opposing movement promotes an effective detachment action while limiting stress on the plant.

Flexible Rods to Reach Inside the Canopy

The particular flexibility of the carbon rods and the design of the head allow penetration even into the innermost areas of the canopy. This feature makes the Castellari Tornado Carbon LV3 versatile and suitable for different plant structures, facilitating olive recovery even from less accessible branches.

Carbon Telescopic Pole from 2.3 to 3.3 m

The carbon telescopic handle is available with an adjustable length from 2.3 to 3.3 m. Carbon helps to keep the weight down and reduce vibration transmission to the operator, improving comfort during prolonged harvesting sessions. The overall weight of 3.1 kg makes the shaker more manageable during work.

Motor at the Base for Better Balance

The motor of the Tornado Carbon LV3 is located at the base of the pole, a design solution that improves the balance of the electric shaker. The weight distribution facilitates tool handling and contributes to making work among the branches easier, especially during continuous use.

12V Power Supply

The Castellari Tornado Carbon LV3 operates with an external power supply via a 12 V battery and develops a power of 258 W with a current draw of 25 A. The shaker comes with a practical 15 m cable, useful for ensuring freedom of movement during harvesting, and with two safety fuses. A professional, robust system designed to meet the demands of olive harvesting.

Stable Energy Professional Shaker

The Castellari Tornado Carbon LV3 is a professional shaker designed to make olive harvesting faster, more practical, and ergonomic. New generation technology allows the use of 18V batteries, transforming the power supply to 12V 258 W through an integrated system that maintains stable power during work.
