Motorized System for Photovoltaic System Cleaning

Machine for washing photovoltaic panels with steel and aluminum structure and rotating brush roller system. The machine mounts two roller brushes that are rotated by a Kawasaki TJ35E combustion engine.

The motor brush is available in two different size versions, with 350 cm or 410 cm brushes, both with scratch-resistant nylon bristles; the larger model allows for the simultaneous cleaning of two rows of vertical panels, making this product ideal for large-scale systems.

This machine is particularly ideal for cleaning photovoltaic systems installed on the ground on inclined structures. In fact, thanks to the special wheeled frame, it can be attached to the frame of the photovoltaic modules and slid along the entire length of the photovoltaic field; the motorized brush is connected to the water supply via a standard hose and allows for extremely fast cleaning, with a yield ranging from 1760 to 2000 square meters per hour depending on the model.

This product is capable of significantly reducing the washing time of large photovoltaic systems, ensuring deep cleaning to maximize panel performance. For better results, it is recommended to use pure or demineralized water to avoid any residue due to water impurities.

Engine

These models are equipped with a reliable Kawasaki TJ35E single-cylinder 2-stroke engine, which powers the brushes. The engine runs on a 2% fuel-oil mixture and, thanks to its variable speed, it can always work optimally, ensuring low fuel consumption and reduced brush wear. To ensure smooth operation, there is also an easy-start system with a diaphragm carburetor and a polyurethane foam air filter.
