Motorized System for Cleaning Photovoltaic Systems
Photovoltaic panel washing machine with steel and aluminum structure and rotating roller brush system. The machine mounts two roller brushes that are rotated by a Kawasaki TJ35E internal combustion engine .
The brush is available in two versions of different sizes, with a 182 cm or 210 cm brush, both with anti-scratch nylon bristles ; the larger model allows the simultaneous cleaning of two rows of vertical panels , making this product ideal for large systems.
This machine is particularly ideal for cleaning photovoltaic systems installed on the ground on inclined structures , in fact thanks to the special frame with wheels it is possible to attach it to the frame of the photovoltaic modules and make it slide along the entire length of the photovoltaic field; the motorized brush is connected to the water mains via a classic tube and allows extremely fast cleaning, with a performance ranging from 1400 to 1650 square meters per hour depending on the model.
This product is able to significantly shorten the washing times of large photovoltaic systems, ensuring a deep cleaning in order to make the panels perform at their best. To obtain better results, we recommend using pure or demineralized water , in order to avoid any residue due to water impurities.
Motor
These models are equipped with a reliable Kawasaki TJ35E single-cylinder 2-stroke engine, which is responsible for moving the brushes. The engine is powered by a 2% mixture and, thanks to its variable speed , is able to always work at its best, guaranteeing low fuel consumption and less wear on the brushes . In order to ensure trouble-free operation, there is also an easy starting system with a diaphragm carburetor and a polyurethane foam air filter.
