Robust structure and safety

The Active 1460 Extendable power barrow is built to withstand the most intense working conditions . Its 2 mm profile frame reduces vibration and noise, while the safety braking system with automatic locking prevents unwanted movement even on uneven terrain. The handlebars are bolted to the frame to prevent cracks and breakages, while the automatic braking system activates immediately when the safety lever is released. A transmission lock prevents the machine from rolling backwards.

Maximum Traction and Stability

The undercarriage, closed at the bottom to protect the transmission components from interference with foreign objects, is equipped with a manual track tension adjustment system, ensuring maximum stability and grip on any type of surface, also thanks to the presence of high-resistance 180 mm wide-tread tracks , with internal inserts connected by steel cables embedded in the rubber structure.

The tracks of this galvanized Active 1460 Extendable power barrow move thanks to an efficient toothed sprocket , placed at the front and in a raised position to make it easier to move forward on rough terrain and overcome even large obstacles, and thanks to a cast iron track idler wheel . Galvanized Steel Frame

The frame and engine support plates are constructed using robust 2 mm thick profiles which help reduce noise and vibration . The handlebars are bolted to the frame to prevent cracks and breakages of the welded parts; extensive stiffening reinforcements are applied at the bending points. This Power Track has reduced overall width of just 670 mm .

Powerful and Reliable Transmission System

The transmission unit features two vertically split half-crankcases , cast in high-quality light alloys. Equipped with a gearbox (3 FWD + 2 REV) driven by a V-belt system, this wheelbarrow with an opening and tipping body ensures rapid movement, high maneuverability, and excellent ability to overcome any type of obstacle (ladders, logs, drops, etc.), thanks also to its particularly low center of gravity that maintains its stability.

Versatile Expandable and Tipping Body

The Active 1460 power barrow comes with an extendable tipping body that can be adjusted from 67 to 92 cm. Made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal, it guarantees maximum resistance to wear and corrosion. It is particularly suitable for transporting loose materials and is also suitable for transporting liquids thanks to its watertight seal .

Power Track Active 1460 Dum has a load capacity of 450 kg while the tipping angle of 25° when empty (15° when fully loaded) makes emptying easier and, depending on the model chosen, it can be operated manually via a practical manual lever located on the side of the body (manual lifting) or via a hydraulic tipping system of the body with a powerful piston and distributor with control lever (hydraulic lifting) .

Mitsubishi GB181 engine

The Active 1460 power barrow with opening body is powered by a Mitsubishi GB 181 4-stroke , single-cylinder , air-cooled , overhead valve (OHV) engine. It delivers 4.6 kW of power with a 163 cc displacement . The self-recoil starter is always ready, requiring minimal effort from the operator.
The unleaded petrol tank has a capacity of 3.6 L.

  This kit is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to clean stables , collect loose material , and clear snow or other inert materials. The kit consists of a sturdy steel blade that can be adjusted both vertically and laterally. The blade can be easily assembled and disassembled. Vertical movement is guaranteed by a hydraulic system with a blocking valve and quick-release couplings, while lateral movement is guaranteed by a practical manual adjustment system.
