Airmec CRS petrol engine compressor

Airmec CRS motor-compressor with 4-stroke Loncin petrol engine 4.0 HP or 6.5 HP with air-cooled and recoil starter with self-winding rope. On request, the Airmec CRS compressor can also be supplied with an ACCELERATOR KIT which places the engine at minimum rpm during work breaks.

The compressor, equipped to be easily moved, is equipped with a folding handle to be easily transportable even inside the trunk of a car. The Airmec CRS motor-compressor, assembled on a practical and sturdy frame equipped with large-section pneumatic wheels, is also suitable for traveling on rough terrain.

The pumping unit of the motor-compressor has a low number of revolutions, with a single-stage twin cylinder head, a Vacuum Operation Valve and maximum pressure control by means of a professional type release valve . Automatic venting and vacuum valve to keep the pressure in the tank constant during operation.

The compressor is able to reach a maximum pressure of 11 bar with an aspirated air volume of 15.8 cubic meters (yield of 9.0 cubic meters), more than enough for those who intend to use it also in the agricultural field with pneumatic harvesters and scissors.

The Loncin engines that equip the Airmec motor-compressor are of great reliability and sturdiness: they have in fact been used successfully for years in the agricultural and industrial fields. Like Honda engines, Loncin engines use refined OHV construction technology, i.e. they are engines with valves located above the combustion chamber. This positioning of the valves favors both the intake of the mixture and the rapid and complete exhaust of the burnt gases, which results in lower consumption and very high compression ratios. The construction of the OHV engines also guarantees a better thermal balance of the entire construction with great and positive repercussions on cylinder deformation, oil consumption and engine life .

As far as the frame is concerned, it should be remembered that the entire motor / pump unit is anchored to it by means of sturdy ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEMS which protect the entire structure from possible damage that may derive from the inevitable vibrations of the internal combustion engine.

This self-regulation allows to reduce the work load on the mechanical parts, the noise level, the fuel consumption and the gas emissions, extending the life of the compressor.
