  • A two year warranty covers all the products purchased by private individuals (1 year for business owners with VAT registration according to the Law)

In case of repairs outside of warranty, in case of refusal of the repair estimate, the payment of 35 euros incl. VAT is required. plus shipping costs.

Terms of withdrawal

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles from 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Refund procedures and times

Pursuant to article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 INDORS Snc will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery); in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

INDORS Snc may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the intact product or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

For purchases made with one of the following payment methods:

  • cash on delivery
  • Bank transfer

INDORS Snc will proceed with the refund by bank transfer.
For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by transferring the transaction directly to the credit card.
