The Telwin Technomig 215 Dual Synergic is an inverter continuous wire welder with microprocessor control ; in addition to MIG-MAG wire welding, the welder can also be used for MMA welding, TIG DC-Lift and for welding with FLUX and BRAZING modes .

The flexibility of use and the different welded materials ( steel, stainless steel, aluminium ) or brazed ( galvanised sheet metal ) confirm Technomig Dual Synergic as an excellent solution in a wide variety of fields of application, from maintenance to installation to bodywork interventions .

Telwin Technomig 215 Dual Synergic uses the synergic mode to simplify operations. This system allows for simple adjustment by setting a single parameter, thanks to the synergic curves stored for the different types of work. A true One Touch adjustment that is further simplified by the convenient LCD display.

The intelligent and automatic control of the arc , instant by instant, will maintain high performance in all working conditions, with different materials and/or gases. It is also possible to manually intervene on the length of the arc : this adjustment will allow you to modify the shape of the welding bead based on the welder's style .

Reduced weight and maximum compactness also ensure easy transportability to all intervention sites, both indoors and outdoors.

POSSIBLE WELDING TYPES

• MMA : also called coated electrode welding, it is certainly the most widespread welding method in non-professional environments or in processes that do not require particular qualitative and productive performance. This type of welding machines are simpler to use even if they give less precise results from an aesthetic point of view compared to other types of welding.
• TIG : requires low voltage and therefore absorbs little, becoming cheaper and aesthetically the most beautiful of all welding techniques. TIG welding has a so-called coin shape due to the circular shapes it produces and is more resistant, therefore it is usually used in visible elements and on processes that require precision.
• MIG : in MIG welding the electrode is made of a metal wire which is also used as a filler material and the unwinding of the spool occurs semi-automatically.
• MAG : also semi-automatic, the gas used is carbon dioxide and it is mainly used to weld common steels. MIG welding guarantees a higher level of precision, more refined results and is preferred for large thicknesses while MAG is more economical and also allows you to weld copper, aluminum and magnesium.
• BRAZING : this is an assembly operation that is obtained by melting a filler metal (for example silver or tin-based alloys) without melting the base metal. Brazing therefore allows the edges of the joint to be kept intact.
• FLUX : This is Flux Cored Welding and is a process in which the heat required to perform the welding is provided by an electric arc maintained between the piece to be welded and the electrode wire. The welding area is constantly fed, thanks to a special torch, with the filler material.
  A characteristic feature is the absence of the gas cylinder in the welding circuit together with the use of animated wire electrodes.
