The Du-Puy W2 Vacuum Cleaner is a Compact Industrial Vacuum Cleaner ideal for cleaning and handling small and medium quantities of material, especially in particular sectors such as the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry, the Food Industry , Bakeries . e Forni and the Milling Industry .

Together with the Du-Puy W1 Aspirator, this W2 is one of the most compact and efficient aspirators of its kind on the market. It is an innovative Solid and Liquid Vacuum Cleaner able to combine the convenience of a Compact High Mobility Vacuum Cleaner with the power of an industrial vacuum cleaner with a High Filtering Surface of 20,000 cm² in a single product.

Made of 100% Resistant Steel, this Wet and Dry Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is able to suck up dust, liquids and solids at the same time with extreme ease and its particularity, as well as in the compactness and high filtering surface, lies in the Air Flow of 360 m³ / h and in the two single-phase motors it is equipped with.

Functional specifications

The WD 2 Compact Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is equipped with a 420 mm polyester pocket filter and is made of 100% steel to ensure durability of the product. The Pocket Filter ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air thanks to the large 2m2 surface and the high filtration efficiency up to 3 microns . Filter cleaning is facilitated by the presence of a vertically moving filter shaker which causes the detachment of the deposited material, preventing saturation and facilitating manual cleaning.

This compact wet and dry vacuum cleaner has an internal sound- absorbing coating to minimize the noise emitted during use and at the same time protect the motor inside. The air discharge of this Du-Puy W 2 vacuum cleaner is directed downwards so as not to annoy the user or risk moving the dust inside the treated environment.

In case of clogging of the DU-PUY W2 wet and dry vacuum cleaner filter, there is a warning light that will turn on automatically, allowing you to stop its use in advance and to inspect it also thanks to the presence of two comfortable handles on the head.

Thanks to the positioning of the filter above the Ø 50 mm suction nozzle, it is possible to suck up solids, liquids and dust at the same time without worrying about replacing the filter, up to the filling of the container which is equipped with the Quick Release System .

The Du-Puy Solid and Liquid Aspirator is equipped with two single-phase charcoal motors of the By-Pass type and is particularly suitable for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry, the Food Industry , Bakeries and Ovens and the Milling Industry .

The steel used for this DU-PUY W2 vacuum cleaner is the same used for the construction of the other larger size vacuum cleaners.

Collection Unit

The Du-Puy W 2 Vacuum Cleaner mounts a 40L Capacity Steel Container with Quick Release and is mounted on Four Wheels designed to increase its mobility and facilitate the emptying of the vacuumed material.

The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame , equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake, perfect for making this Industrial Solid and Liquid Vacuum Cleaner an agile and effective machine to transport.
