Heavy Duty Vacuum Cleaner - Also Available in ATEX Version

Coynco CAR Series power extractors for heavy work made for the needs of the industry able to operate continuously and in severe situations. This series is able to vacuum heavy materials, of all kinds and in large quantities.

The CAR series is equipped with a 5.5 Kw TWO-STAGE three-phase side channel turbines, which thanks to the direct connections between motor and impellers ensure high reliability without resorting to maintenance, supporting continuous services even 24 hours a day.

COYNCO CAR 1155 S vacuum cleaner : Industrial vacuum cleaner with 5.5 kW three-phase side channel turbine in series, high head, of Italian production and made of die-cast aluminum. This model is suitable when there is a need for a lot of depression, useful for heavy work and suction of heavy materials, or where there is the need to vacuum from long distances or in deep points, as the vacuum cleaner is able to reach a 5000 mm depression in the water column.

The filters are cleaned cyclically, in a completely automatic way with the possibility of adjusting, according to the application, the working time and the cleaning time of the filters, thus avoiding any intervention by the operator and boring and unhealthy situations. disassembly and manual cleaning of the same.

The CAR series is built to be highly reliable, silent and powerful and for continuous use , even 24 hours a day. The ignition and stop are controlled by a thermal magnetic switch, all protected by a box with IP protection degree. 55 (IP 65 for ATEX versions).

The filtration system includes an aluminized, conductive and class M certified cartridge filter, as standard, washable and protected by a special patented stainless steel chamber, which contributes to significantly reduce the clogging of the primary filter, thus creating great advantages in terms of suction efficiency.

Furthermore, filter cleaning is facilitated and guaranteed by the patented POWER SHAKE system, which ensures perfect automatic cleaning of the filter with a simple gesture, thus avoiding the tedious and unhealthy situations of disassembly and manual cleaning of the same.
