GVS ELIPSE INTEGRA P3 SPR406 - Mask for Eye, Nose and Mouth Protection

The Elipse Integra P3 SPR406 Mask for Respiratory Protection signed by GVS is a Full Protection for Eyes and Respiratory Tracts designed to fully protect yourself from potentially dangerous Dusts, Fumes, Microorganisms and Vapors that could cause serious lung diseases.

This GVS Protective Mask is equipped with a HESPA Filter or a High Efficiency Water-Repellent Filter patented by GVS and made up of 7 layers of filtering fabric which uses exclusively mechanical filtration ensuring a minimum filtration of at least 99.95% of nano-particles even up to to 0.04 microns.

Functional specifications

The compact design of this Full Face Mask allows it to fit snugly to the face reducing the risk of PPE incompatibility and reducing fogging problems that would otherwise result. In addition, the GVS SPR406 Protective Mask features a large central non-return valve which minimizes the user's breathing resistance and the formation of humidity inside the mask.

The Elipse Integra P3 SPR406 Goggle features lightweight, non-slip straps that can easily be adjusted to 4 positions designed for greater comfort and wet protection.

This respiratory protection is able to protect against substances such as:
microorganisms, marble, gypsum, titanium oxides, steatite, rock wool, wood, detergents, textile fibers, spices, salt, feed, cereals, etc. and it can also protect against dusts that can cause lung diseases such as coal, silica, cotton, iron ore, graphite, kaolin, zinc and aluminum dusts but also asbestos, bauxite, manganese, lead and chromium .

Technical specifications

The filter mounted on this Integral Protective Mask is of the HESPA type (High Efficiency Synthetic Particulate Airfilter) which is a particular GVS patent designed to be able to retain micro-particles up to 0.04 microns with an efficiency of at least 99.95%.

It is also possible to purchase the Activated Carbon Filters on our site, with anti-odour, anti-smoke functions and for the removal of small concentrations of organic vapors .

GVS Elipse Integra SPR406 has a porosity of 0.3 micron and mounts polycarbonate lenses with impact resistance of 45 m/sec .
The visor coating meets the standard (N) for anti-fog and the standard (K) for anti-scratch. Furthermore, it should be emphasized that all GVS Respiratory Protections comply with EN 140 and EN 143 standards and both the mask and the filters are CE certified where all products are 100% tested directly in production and made with traceable materials.

The GVS Elipse integra mask is also equipped with EN166 protection . The lenses are made of polycarbonate, with impact resistance of 120m per second.

The measure of the Elipse Integra SPR406 Mask is M/L with dimensions of 170 x 165 x 190 mm and a weight of only 209 g .

Duration Features

The filters of the GVS protective mask can be used until they are clogged, which can be understood by the increasing breathing resistance.
In fact, the duration of the filters depends on the concentration of the pollution and on the type of activity being carried out.
The filtration level will always be greater than 99.95% for the entire period of use.

Shelf life is estimated at approximately 5 years for P3 mask and filters and 3 years for P3 odor filters.
