Coynco CAR Series power extractors for heavy cleaning jobs made for the needs of the industry able to work continuously and in severe situations. This series is able to vacuum heavy materials, of all kinds and in large quantities. The possible configurations allow to privilege the air flow (in the 2655 series) or the depression (in the 1155 models).

The CAR series is equipped with a 5.5 Kw TWO-STAGE three-phase side channel turbines, which thanks to the direct connections between motor and impellers ensure high reliability without resorting to maintenance, supporting continuous services even 24 hours a day .

Coynco CAR 1155 OIL vacuum cleaner: motorized industrial vacuum cleaner with three-phase side channel turbine of 5.5 kW in series, with high prevalence, of Italian production made of die-cast aluminum. Extremely reliable, silent and powerful, it is suitable for continuous use, even 24 hours a day. The ignition and stop are controlled by a magnetothermic switch, all protected by a box with an IP 55 degree of protection.

This model is ideal for the suction of heavy materials, or for the suction of wells placed in depth with respect to the aspirator, which is able to reach a maximum depression of 5000 mm in the water column . Equipped with a grilled basket with float, the aspirator is able to separate solid materials ( shavings or metal scraps) letting the liquids flow (oils or emulsions), which can be quickly and automatically discharged using our patented system for reverse flow.

Conductive cartridge filter

The CAR 1155 S OIL machine also features a cartridge filter, aluminized and conductive, certified in class M as standard, washable and protected by a special patented stainless steel chamber that prevents liquids from coming into contact with the filter. Furthermore, filter cleaning is facilitated and guaranteed by the patented POWER SHAKE system , which ensures perfect automatic cleaning of the filter with a simple gesture, thus avoiding the tedious and unhealthy situations of disassembly and manual cleaning of the same.

• STAINLESS STEEL DRUM: it can be made with lid, filter chamber and drum in Aisi 304 stainless steel
• FILTERING BAG FOR FINE CHIPS: allows to increase the filtration of the aspirated chips
• CHIP SEPARATOR BUCKET WITH FLOAT: allows to separate the solid part from the liquid part
• SUBMERSIBLE PUMP: submersible pump to be able to suck and expel liquids at the same time, in order to transfer large quantities of liquid
