Industrial vacuum cleaner for shavings and oily dirt

Coynco M series vacuum cleaners and wet vacuum cleaners to suck and separate oil and related emulsions mixed with shavings and to expel the clean sucked liquid without using pumps . Industrial vacuum cleaner with 3 single-phase charcoal motors of the BYPASS type mounted inside a solid painted steel head, coated with sound-absorbing in order to minimize noise during the work phase. The head also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge, useful for the operator to quickly check the saturation status of the filter.

Machine designed for the mechanical industries, especially suitable for cleaning and maintenance of machine tools (lathes, cutters, machining centers) specific for the suction of shavings, oils and lubricants. Equipped with a grilled basket with float, the aspirator is able to separate solid materials (shavings or metal scraps) letting the liquids flow (oils or emulsions), which can be quickly and automatically discharged using our patented system for reverse flow.

The Coynco M 1003 OIL vacuum cleaner also features a cartridge filter, aluminized and conductive, certified in class M as standard, washable and protected by a special patented stainless steel chamber that prevents liquids from coming into contact with the filter. Filter cleaning is facilitated and guaranteed by the patented POWER SHAKE system, which ensures perfect automatic cleaning of the filter with a simple gesture, thus avoiding tedious and unhealthy situations of disassembly and manual cleaning of the same.
