Biemmedue SCUDO - Industrial Basement Heating

Biemmedue SCUDO floor-standing hot air generator for industrial heating of large environments , equipped with a high-performance centrifugal fan which, combined with the new Biemmedue heat exchanger, guarantees a thermal efficiency of 96%.

Biemmedue Scudo can run on Diesel, LPG or Methane and with the use of various fittings on request it can distribute heat in specific areas through ducts (up to 4 ways)

Characteristics

• special base designed for forklift handling
• Front protective burner cover with lockable door
• rear casing to protect the centrifugal fan with lateral air intake/suction connection
• protective base upper part with lifting/securing hooks

• Removable panels for internal washing with cross-shaped reinforcement folds to ensure greater rigidity and strength
• use only metric screws and inserts for fixing, no self-tapping screws
• The new heat exchanger combined with the new higher performance fans allows for a thermal efficiency of 96%;
• Fan protection (IP 55):
  • very quiet (noise ≤ 69 db at 2 meters);
  • high prevalence and performance which guarantees a high air flow rate and static pressure (500 Pa) for the homogeneous and long-distance diffusion of hot air through ducts or sheaths;
  • fan anchored to the supporting structure by means of sturdy side members and fixing brackets
  • adjustable fresh air restoration damper;
• Rear control panel (IP 65):
  • positioned on the rear part, it prevents contact with dust, water, snow, etc.;
  • equipped with a sturdy metal cover which also allows for the storage of tools and documents;
• Front service electrical panel (IP 65):
  • positioned in the front part of the machine inside the burner cover drawer: to avoid contact with dust, water, snow for easier maintenance; for easier control and intervention by the operator
