Characterised by the absence of a chimney for smoke evacuation , they generate a thermal efficiency equal to 100% and do not require any installation.
Ideal for drying, dehydrating, defrosting and heating, they are widely used in construction, crafts, agriculture, livestock farming and in all those places where sufficient air exchange is guaranteed.
Powered by diesel or kerosene, Biemmedue GE generators are simple to use and safe thanks to control devices which, in the event of malfunction, cause the machine to stop.

They have an essential and easy-to-use control panel. Due to the particularity of the nozzle it is extremely

COMBUSTION CHAMBER : The combustion chambers are all made of AISI 430 stainless steel with heat exchangers in aluminized steel for better heat exchange with the cooling air.

BURNER: The combustion head is made in a professional design in order to obtain a perfect air-diesel mixing. The result is an almost complete combustion, on all models, with a CO (carbon monoxide) level equal to 0 ppm (parts per million). The air regulation can be performed in a simple and intuitive way thanks to a precise and functional graduated scale.

FAN: To better exploit the dynamic performance of the fan, a conveyor has been inserted that “tubs” the fan. This also provides safety protection in the event of maintenance of the machine.

POWER CABLE SUPPORT: A bracket fixed to the body allows the power cable to be rolled up during transport.

TANK DRAIN PLUG: On all models it is possible to drain the fuel present in the tank via a drain plug.

TANK CAP: The tank cap is a professional type with bayonet lock.

FUEL CIRCUITS: The diesel fuel supply pipes are made of hydrocarbon-resistant rubber, covered in metal reinforcing mesh to guarantee
greater resistance to harsh climates and greater mechanical resistance to cutting and crushing. Furthermore, these pipes allow for secure attachment to the diesel pump, tank and filter by high-pressure repacking of the fittings or clamps.

FUEL TANK: The innovative design gives the machine a robust and compact appearance. The tank is made of steel which gives it a high robustness, allowing a high load capacity.

ELECTRIC PANEL: The electric panel, made of shock-proof and flame-resistant plastic material, integrates with the plastic diesel tank for total insulation (water, dust, etc.). In models with a steel tank, protection from accidental entry of water, dust, etc. is provided by a plastic cover.

Technical specifications

The combustion technology is based on the use of a professional burner composed of a fan, a high-filtering diesel filter, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer and a pair of electrodes. This allows, even in the worst conditions:

• safe ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the risk of clogging the air filters;
• regular delivery of thermal power, even with very little fuel in the tank;
• pre-ventilation for combustion chamber washing;
• post-ventilation combustion chamber cooling;
• the possibility of interfacing with a thermostat, humidistat or timer.
