Equipped with an MPBX2 axial pump with a brass head and three ceramic steel pistons , the machine delivers an operating pressure of 180 bar with a flow rate of 780 L/h , making it suitable for industrial degreasing, surface sanitization, system maintenance, and heavy-duty vehicle cleaning.
The vertical boiler heating system with high thermal efficiency steel coil guarantees a maximum water temperature of 110°C , while the 24V low voltage delayed Total Stop system represents one of the distinctive elements of the range: it automatically stops the pump when not in use, reducing mechanical wear and energy consumption.
The 400V three-phase power supply with a 6300W induction motor ensures stable and continuous operation even during the prolonged work cycles typical of industrial environments. The MPBX2 axial pump operates at 2800 RPM with a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar , with a built-in by-pass valve for hydraulic protection of the circuit.
The thermal system is powered by an 18-litre diesel tank with a two-way diesel pump and integrated reserve warning light . The glycerine-filled pressure gauge , temperature regulator and control panel with analogue controls complete the monitoring instrumentation, ensuring immediate reading of the operating parameters.
The 24V low-voltage, delayed Total Stop system automatically stops the axial pump when the lance trigger is released for a specified period.
