The Kranzle Therm-1 hot water pressure washers represent the synthesis of numerous technical innovations developed by Kranzle to improve the reliability and safety of the appliance and its ease of use and maintenance.

The Kranzle Therm 635-1, 875-1, 895-1, 1165-1 and 1525-1 guarantee extremely safe, environmentally friendly, clean and quiet operation and meet the most advanced technological and safety standards.

Characteristics

• The pump head is made of special brass
  The pump head is made in Germany by Kränzle, using special forged brass which guarantees an extremely long life.
• Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating
  All machines are equipped with ceramic-coated stainless steel pistons which offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings).
• Engine 1400 rpm
  The devices are equipped with long-lasting, 4-pole, low-speed asynchronous electric motors (1,400 rpm). No carbon brushes = no problems!
• Dry-running protection
  In all machines, each piston is equipped with a textile sleeve and a Teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements reduce frictional resistance and temperatures inside the machine. This allows Kränzle products to operate for extended periods even without water. This increases safety in dry-running situations.
• Bypass operation
  When the gun is closed, all devices are switched to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported into the circuit with a residual pressure of approximately 10 bar.
• Water pressure and quantity regulation
  All machines allow you to set the operating pressure and the quantity of water so as to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning being carried out.
• Stainless steel pressure gauge
  All machines are equipped with large, clearly visible glycerine-filled stainless steel pressure gauges. Kränzle quality is evident in every detail.
• Corrosion-free and long-lasting
  All pump components and safety devices that transport water are made of stainless steel or special brass.
• Loss Recovery System
  A layer of water between the piston seals prevents incoming air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This significantly increases the life of the pistons and the pump.
• Product safety
  Kränzle devices are subjected to testing procedures according to CE and TÜV/GS regulations with respective certifications
• TOTAL STOP DELAYED
  The motor starts and stops automatically when the high-pressure gun control lever is activated. In larger devices, however, the constant switching of the motor on and off can cause overloads on the electrical network and increased wear on the internal switching elements. For this reason, when the gun lever is released, the pump continues to run without pressure for another 30 seconds in bypass mode. After this time, if the jet is not reactivated, the motor is switched off. The device is then reactivated by operating the gun again.
• ELECTRONIC CONTROL BURNER WITH TWO OPERATING MODES
  
  1. Outlet Temperature Setting - allows you to set the nominal outlet water temperature and adjust the flame to maintain the set value
  2. Setting the Burner Utilization Percentage : the burner will be used according to the set value and the resulting water temperature will be displayed on the machine's display. To increase the temperature, it will be necessary to increase the burner utilization percentage. This method of operation allows the outlet water temperature to be kept extremely stable, with variations contained within a maximum of ±1°C (unlike traditional systems which typically vary by ±10°C). The regulation is effective even with very low flow rates.
• OPTICAL FLAME CONTROL SYSTEM
  To prevent damage to the burner, the flame is constantly monitored by a photocell mounted above the combustion chamber.
• DOUBLE SAFETY SYSTEM FOR THE BURNER
  the water flow is controlled by a pressure switch and a flow regulator which enable the burner to operate only in the presence of the correct operating pressure and avoid any overheating of the combustion chamber
• SMOKE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
  a safety thermostat intervenes in case of smoke temperature above 230° C
• MAGNETIC-THERMAL SWITCH TO PROTECT THE MOTOR
  All models in the Therm series are equipped with motor protection which intervenes in the event of excessive current absorption.
• BY-PASS VALVE TO PROTECT THE PUMP
  overpressure protection valve and continuous regulation of water quantity and pressure
• HOUR COUNTER
  The control panel integrates an hour counter for both the burner and the pump which greatly facilitates the detection of maintenance intervals
