Features
- The pump head in special brass
the pump head is made in Germany by Kränzle, using special forged brass which guarantees an extremely long life. - Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating
all machines are equipped with ceramic coated stainless steel pistons which offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings). - Motor 1400 rpm
the appliances are equipped with long-lasting 4-pole asynchronous electromotors at low rpm (1,400 rpm). No charcoal brushes = no problems! - Dry run protection
in all machines, each piston is equipped with a textile material band and a Teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements make it possible to reduce friction resistance and temperatures inside the device. For this reason Kränzle products can function for a long time even without water. And this increases the safety in case of dry running. - Bypass operation
When the gun is closed, all devices are switched over to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported in the circuit with a residual pressure of approx. 10 bar. - Pressure and quantity of water regulation
all the machines allow you to set the operating pressure and the quantity of water in order to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning being carried out. - Stainless steel pressure gauge
all machines are equipped with large and clearly visible pressure gauges in stainless steel dampened with glycerine. Kränzle quality also in the details. - Corrosion-free and long life
all pump components and water-carrying safety devices are made of stainless steel or special brass. - Loss recovery system
a layer of water between the piston seals prevents the sucked air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This allows a considerable increase in the life of the pistons themselves and of the pump - Product safety
Kränzle appliances are subjected to testing procedures according to CE and TÜV/GS regulations with respective certifications - TOTAL STOP DELAYED
the engine starts and stops automatically by activating the control lever of the high pressure gun. However, in large-sized appliances, the continuous activation and deactivation of the motor can cause overloads to the electrical network and greater wear of the internal switching elements. For this reason, when the gun lever is released, the pump continues to run without pressure for another 30 seconds in by-pass mode. After this time, if the jet is not reactivated, the motor is switched off. The device will then be reactivated by actuating the gun again. - ELECTRONIC CONTROL BURNER WITH TWO OPERATING MODES
- Outlet Temperature Setting - allows you to set the target outlet water temperature and adjust the flame to maintain the set value
- Setting the Burner Utilization Percentage : the burner will be used in accordance with the set value and the water temperature consequently reached will be shown on the machine display. To increase the temperature it will be necessary to increase the percentage of use of the burner. This way of operating allows the outlet water temperature to be kept extremely stable, with variations limited to a maximum of ±1°C (unlike traditional systems which normally vary by ±10°C). The regulation is effective even with very low flow rates.
- OPTICAL FLAME CONTROL SYSTEM
to prevent damage to the burner, the flame is constantly monitored by means of a photocell mounted above the combustion chamber. - DOUBLE SAFETY SYSTEM FOR THE BURNER
the water flow is controlled by a pressure switch and a flow regulator which enable burner operation only in the presence of the correct operating pressure and avoid any overheating of the combustion chamber - FUME TEMPERATURE CONTROL
a safety thermostat intervenes in the event of flue gas temperatures exceeding 230°C - MAGNETO-THERMAL SWITCH TO SAFEGUARD THE ENGINE
all models of the Therm series are equipped with motor protection which intervenes in the event of excessive current absorption - BY-PASS VALVE TO PROTECT THE PUMP
protection valve against overpressure damage and stepless regulation of water quantity and pressure - COUNTER HOURS
