This hedge trimmer integrates a highly energy-efficient EC brushless motor, which is brush-free and requires minimal maintenance. The transmission, directly coupled to the motor, manages a stroke rate of 3000 strokes per minute, ensuring continuous torque transfer without performance drops.

The cutting assembly has a length of 60 cm with a tooth spacing of 34 mm, capable of cutting branches thicker than 8 mm. The entire system guarantees precise cutting close to walls or ground level thanks to the integrated guide protection.

Cutting Ergonomics and Rotating Multifunction Handle

The architecture of the professional battery-powered hedge trimmer allows for prolonged use without fatigue. The multifunction handle rotates 90° to the left and right at the simple press of a button, facilitating lateral shaping and overhead cutting. The arc handle and the two-handed ignition system ensure a firm and secure grip for both right-handed and left-handed users.

Drop-Shaped Blades and Anti-Jamming System

The laser-cut blades, sharpened on both sides and diamond-ground, feature a drop-shaped profile that holds branches within the cutting area. In case of obstacles or particularly resistant branches, activating the main switch engages the anti-jamming system, reversing the blade rotation to immediately free them from any entanglement.

Electronic Power Management and Vibration Isolation

STIHL's intelligent electronics deliver constant power from the beginning to the end of the battery discharge cycle, preventing performance drops during the most demanding work phases. The integrated anti-vibration system reduces the transmission of mechanical stress to the limbs. The smooth casing with rounded contours prevents debris buildup, making cleaning easier.

Mechanical Protection

The screwed-on guide protection defends the blade tips from wear caused by contact with the ground, pavement, or walls. A dedicated rigid safety cover is included for transport and storage.

Compatibility with Smart Connector (OPTIONAL - Not included)

Compatible with Smart Connector, it can be connected to STIHL connected. After connecting the Smart Connector to the device, it records the tool's operating hours after the first activation and transmits them via Bluetooth to the STIHL connected app. In addition to recording operating hours, the app provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that no important maintenance is overlooked and that the device is always ready for use.
