Elicent REC Smart - 75% Heat Recovery Unit with Humidistat

Elicent REC Smart is a controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) system designed to exchange and recirculate air within rooms and homes with heat recovery . Elicent REC Smart is capable of recovering 75% of heat , making it the perfect solution for maintaining a healthy environment without having to open windows and risking it, and is an excellent alternative to the impossibility of installing a centralized system.

Installing a heat recovery ventilation system with a highly efficient double HEPA + G4 filter creates a healthy microclimate, eliminating up to 99.5% of harmful airborne particles and 100% of pollen. Constant air recirculation eliminates mold and condensation: the heat recovery ventilation unit is equipped with a built-in humidistat that automatically detects humidity levels and adjusts fan power. Furthermore, maintaining the heat within the room where air is recirculated significantly reduces heating and air conditioning costs.

Functional Specifications

Installation

Elicent REC Smart is wall-mounted by simply drilling a 100 mm diameter core into the wall , requiring no major masonry work. The "umbrella" opening and closing system for the cap on the external pipe allows for easy installation without the need for scaffolding or external work on the building for installation on upper floors. The cap is connected to a cable that closes it and passes it inside the pipe, then returns it to the correct position without any complex work.

Air circulation system

Direct access to the outside allows polluted air inside a room to be exchanged with outside air, passing the new air through two highly efficient HEPA + G4 filters while retaining heat inside the room with a thermal efficiency of 75% . This eliminates the need to open windows, significantly reducing heating costs and the introduction of polluted outside air, keeping the heat inside the room and creating a healthy and purified environment.
Eliminates at least 98% of PM2.5, 95.5% of PM10 and 100% of pollen.

MHY Humidistat

This VMC is designed to operate continuously 24 hours a day at minimum speed, but thanks to a built-in humidistat , it can automatically detect the humidity level in the room and adjust the speed of the air recirculation fan to restore the humidity to the preset level. The fan speed then gradually increases until it reaches maximum speed . Once the humidity level returns within the preset limits (relative humidity setting between 40% and 90%), the fan automatically slows down and returns to minimum speed.

Timer

This version of the Elicent REC Smart features a 0-3 minute timer for controlled activation of maximum speed. This allows you to increase the fan speed regardless of the humidity level detected, simply according to your needs.

Simple maintenance

This decentralized CMV system solves humidity and condensation problems , making it an ideal solution for renovations and/or new builds where a centralized ventilation system is not available. Elicent REC Smart requires little or no maintenance; simply wash the filters (even in the dishwasher) and replace them when necessary, as does the heat exchanger, which is easily inspected and removable.

Technical Specifications

The Elicent REC Smart is wall-mounted with direct exhaust and can be installed vertically or horizontally, swiveling 360° to accommodate available space. Its air flow rate is 27/53 m³/h and it features an EC motor , a highly energy-efficient motor that combines the performance of an electric motor and a traditional one, thus offering extremely low consumption ranging from just 8 to a maximum of 28 W.

Bypass function

Equipped with a by-pass function, this decentralized ventilation unit is able to provide comfort in every season by using only the air filter function in the summer and hot periods, eliminating heat retention and purifying the incoming air, replacing it with polluted internal air.
