Elicent REC Smart - Controlled Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery

Elicent REC Smart is a controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) system and is the ideal solution for air exchange in a single room or for localized humidity problems . Its operating principle is based on heat recovery via an exchanger, within which both flows (supply/extraction) pass simultaneously.

Elicent REC Smart is designed for the exchange and recirculation of air within rooms and homes with heat recovery . Elicent REC Smart is in fact capable of recovering 75% of the heat , it is the perfect solution for maintaining a healthy environment without having to open windows and risking it and is an excellent alternative to the impossibility of installing a centralized system.

Installing a heat recovery ventilation system with a highly efficient double HEPA + G4 filter creates a healthy microclimate, eliminating up to 99.5% of harmful airborne particles and 100% of pollen. Furthermore, maintaining the heat within the room where the air is recirculated significantly reduces heating and air conditioning costs.

Functional Specifications

Installation

Elicent REC Smart is wall-mounted by simply drilling a 100 mm diameter core into the wall , requiring no major masonry work. The "umbrella" opening and closing system for the cap on the external pipe allows for easy installation without the need for scaffolding or external work on the building for installation on upper floors. The cap is connected to a cable that closes it and passes it inside the pipe, then returns it to the correct position without any complex work.

Air circulation system

Direct access to the outside allows polluted air inside a room to be exchanged with outside air, passing the new air through two highly efficient HEPA + G4 filters while retaining heat inside the room with a thermal efficiency of 75% . This eliminates the need to open windows, significantly reducing heating costs and the introduction of polluted outside air, keeping the heat inside the room and creating a healthy and purified environment.
Eliminates at least 98% of PM2.5, 95.5% of PM10 and 100% of pollen.

Simple maintenance

This decentralized CMV system solves humidity and condensation problems , making it an ideal solution for renovations and/or new builds where a centralized ventilation system is not available. Elicent REC Smart requires little or no maintenance; simply wash the filters (even in the dishwasher) and replace them when necessary, as does the heat exchanger, which is easily inspected and removable.

Technical Specifications

The Elicent REC Smart is wall-mounted with direct exhaust and can be installed vertically or horizontally, swiveling 360° to accommodate available space. Its air flow rate is 27/53 m³/h and it features an EC motor , a highly energy-efficient motor that combines the performance of an electric motor and a traditional one, thus offering extremely low consumption ranging from just 8 to a maximum of 28 W.

This is an internal ventilation system suitable for any room up to 40 m² and particularly suitable for:

The Elicent REC Smart has two speeds (minimum and maximum) and is designed for continuous operation (24 hours a day) at minimum speed. The switch to maximum speed is selected by the user via a speed switch, which is essential for operation and can be purchased separately . The maximum speed is timed with a timer from 0 to 30 minutes, after which the appliance automatically returns to minimum speed.

Bypass function

Equipped with a by-pass function, this decentralized ventilation unit is able to provide comfort in every season by using only the air filter function in the summer and hot periods, eliminating heat retention and purifying the incoming air, replacing it with polluted internal air.
