Elicent REC Duo Evo RC is a ventilation and air purification system with an injection and extraction system and 90% heat recovery . This controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) system is designed for both multi-room (1) and single-room (2) use thanks to the possibility of installing it in pairs even in 2 separate rooms. It is the perfect solution for maintaining a healthy environment without having to open windows and is an excellent alternative to the impossibility of installing a centralised system.

Elicent REC Duo Evo is suitable for air exchange within the same room or in two separate rooms . It requires the installation of two units that work synergistically , alternating supply and exhaust air flows at regular intervals. The so-called "push-pull" operating principle uses a ceramic heat exchanger, which stores the heat of the air extracted during the extraction cycle (pull) and then transfers it to the supply air during the supply cycle (push).

Elicent REC Duo Evo RC has a steel external grille and is compatible with the RLS Duo Evo RC remote control (NOT INCLUDED) necessary for its operation which includes the SLEEP mode which suspends the operation of the unit during the night hours.

This VMC with heat recovery is equipped with a filtering system both at the inlet and outlet with polypropylene filters in Class G2+ G3 . Furthermore, by keeping the heat inside the room in which the air is recirculated, heating and air conditioning costs are significantly reduced, also thanks to the high-efficiency EC motor which guarantees the VMC unit Energy Class A with extremely low consumption ranging from just 1.2 W to a maximum of 3.5 W.

Technical Specifications

The Elicent REC Duo Evo RC is based on the so-called " push-pull " operating principle, i.e. alternating flow. It is equipped with a ceramic accumulator heat exchanger that stores the heat of the air extracted during the extraction cycle (pull) and then transfers it to the air supplied during the supply cycle (push).

This VMC is wall-mounted with direct expulsion and is available in two different lengths based on the wall thickness:

• 500 mm - Ø 160 mm
• 800 mm - Ø 160 mm

For operation, the use of the RLS Duo Evo RC control accessory (not included) available on our website is mandatory.

Its flow rate is 15 / 20 / 30 / 36 / 42 m³/h and it is equipped with an EC motor , a highly energy-efficient motor that combines the performance of an electric motor and a traditional one, thus offering very low consumption ranging from just 1.2 to a maximum of 3.5 W.

This is an internal ventilation system designed for single or multi-room environments thanks to the possibility of installing them in pairs in 2 separate rooms and is particularly suitable for:

Functional Specifications

Easy Installation

Elicent REC Duo Evo RC is wall-mounted by simply drilling a 160 mm diameter core into the wall , requiring no major masonry work. The presence of an "umbrella" opening and closing system for the grille on the external pipe allows for easy installation without the need for scaffolding or external work on the building's exterior when installing on upper floors. The grille is connected to a cable that uses a mechanism to close it and pass it inside the pipe, allowing it to be returned to its correct position without any complex work.

Air circulation system

Direct access to the outside allows polluted air inside a room to be exchanged with outside air, passing the new air through two integrated, highly efficient G2 + G3 filters while retaining heat inside the room with a thermal efficiency of 90% . This eliminates the need to open windows, significantly reducing heating costs and the introduction of polluted outside air, keeping the heat inside the room and creating a healthy, purified environment.

Simple maintenance

This decentralized VMC system can solve humidity and condensation problems , making it an ideal solution for renovations and/or new buildings where a centralized ventilation system is not available. Elicent REC Duo Evo RC requires little and simple maintenance; simply wash the filters (even in the dishwasher) and replace them when necessary, as well as the heat exchanger, which is easily inspected and removable.

Wall compatibility

This Controlled Mechanical Ventilation unit is designed to fit walls up to 800 mm thick. For thinner walls, the telescopic tube can be cut to a minimum thickness of 220 mm.
