The GH SOL-1500 OC is a professional shortwave infrared heater , designed for use in indoor and covered outdoor environments where immediate, directional and efficient heat emission is required. Thanks to its 60/40 extruded aluminum structure and XL shortwave infrared lamp , it offers extremely concentrated and precise double-lobe heating .

This 1500-watt infrared heater stands out for its build quality and the efficiency of its GRADO Specular Tex® reflector , made of polished aluminum , continuously treated and polished, which guarantees high heat reflection. The scratch-resistant, heavy-duty epoxy powder coating ensures durability and resistance to atmospheric agents.

Handcrafted in Italy, hand-assembled, and suitable for spaces from 10 to 16 m² such as verandas, outdoor areas, office workstations, gazebos, residential containers, and smoking areas. Particularly suitable for commercial, light industrial, and residential installations requiring a compact yet high-performance solution.

Available in your choice of white or anthracite .

Shortwave infrared

Shortwave infrared lamps are the most common type, capable of instantaneous heating (average response time 0.1/1 second) and with a high air penetration capacity . Shortwave lamps generally have a wavelength of 0.8–1.4 µm (very penetrating), thus penetrating the air better and making them ideal for open or ventilated environments such as factories, but also for the exteriors of bars and restaurants.
The heat produced is more superficial than that of medium wave lamps.

Technical Specifications

The GH SOL-1500 OC has a 230V power supply and is equipped with an XL short-wave IR lamp that offers immediate output with no preheating time . Energy consumption is balanced to offer maximum performance with minimum expenditure, making it suitable even in contexts where energy efficiency is a fundamental criterion. The machine body is made of extruded aluminum alloy 60/40 , which gives lightness and structural solidity.

The double-lobe emission ensures uniform heat distribution , ideal for directional applications. The GRADO Specular Tex® reflector, treated with electro-polished and continuously polished, increases reflectivity and maximizes thermal output . The reflective body is monoblock and completely interchangeable, facilitating any maintenance interventions. The device complies with the regulations on reduced ROA emissions according to Legislative Decree 81/08 and Directive 2006/25/EC, making it also compliant with safety standards in the professional field.

Dual-lobe heating refers to a particular thermal emission configuration in which infrared heat is distributed across two symmetrical main beams, rather than concentrated in a single central point. This solution allows for broader and more uniform coverage of the heated area, reducing localized heat peaks and improving perceived comfort.

GRADO Specular Tex® high efficiency reflector

The reflection system is entrusted to a GRADO Specular Tex® polished aluminum reflector , continuously electro-polished and polished, with high reflective power. The interchangeable monoblock reflective body maximizes the thermal output of the infrared lamp and allows for simple and quick maintenance , guaranteeing consistent performance over time even in contexts of intensive use.

Wall installation (heater tilted downwards with variable angle)

• DS* minimum distance from the ceiling: 35 cm
• DP* minimum distance from the side wall: 50 cm
• H* suggested distance from the floor: min 2.4 m max 3.5 m
