The Infrared Radiant Internal Modules with Fast Medium Wave Lamp in models MI-3000XL / MI-4500XL / MI-4000 represent a professional evolution in the field of infrared heaters for industrial processes, designed to be mechanically integrated within operating machines, ensuring rapid, uniform, and controlled heat transfer.
These modules are ideal for complex applications requiring precision, operational continuity, and maximum reliability, such as IR tunnels, industrial ovens, professional dryers, and high-performance drying systems.
The structure with an interchangeable monolithic reflective body and the polished aluminum reflector, treated with electro-polishing and continuous polishing Specular Tex Grade with very high reflective power, allow for optimized heat diffusion.

Technical Specifications
Entirely made in Italy and hand-assembled, these infrared modules are equipped with a fast medium wave translucent quartz IR lamp, fitted with wiring using special nickel/copper cables resistant to high temperatures, with Teflon insulation. The terminal block housed in a metal box protects the entire system and ensures electrical continuity even under demanding operating conditions.
All models have a protection rating of IP24, a feature that allows for safe use in controlled industrial environments.
These internal infrared modules have optimized symmetrical diffusion with a high reflection coefficient. The standard optics are supplied with a diffusing focal length (a concentrating optic is available on request for high energy density applications).
The hot-dip galvanized sheet metal construction ensures mechanical strength and durability (available on request in AISI 316 STAINLESS STEEL for highly corrosive environments). Each unit is designed, manufactured, and assembled entirely in Italy and R.O.A. certified according to Legislative Decree 81/08 and Directive 2006/25/EC.
FAST MEDIUM WAVE INFRARED IR-B
These types of infrared waves have a greater heat diffusion capacity, ensuring uniform, intense, and comfortable heat distribution. This phenomenon is attributable to the limited penetration of the wave in the air and maintains heat even after shutdown. Fast medium waves are the most used in industrial applications for their better power/heat distribution ratio.
Medium wave quartz lamps can reach operating temperature in about 40 seconds. Furthermore, fast medium infrared waves emit very little visible light and the bulb temperature can reach 500°C.

High-Performance Specular Tex® Reflector
The Specular Tex® electro-polished aluminum reflector amplifies the lamp's radiant power, improving the quality of irradiation and optimizing consumption. The very high reflection index surface allows for homogeneous heat distribution, reducing dispersion and increasing the effectiveness of heat treatment operations.
Symmetrical Diffusion and Diffusing Optics
The optimized symmetrical diffusion allows for uniform irradiation over the entire work area, reducing thermal gradients and optimizing the quality of treatment on materials such as technopolymers, textiles, metals, leather, plastics, and microgranules.
The standard diffusing optics are designed for most industrial uses.
High-Strength Industrial Structure
The hot-dip galvanized sheet metal construction (possibility of production in AISI 316 STAINLESS STEEL OPTIONAL upon request) ensures durability and protection against chemical and environmental agents typical of the most demanding production environments. The entirely Italian assembly guarantees artisanal quality combined with high industrial standards.
