The GH MI-1650 and MI-2250 represent a professional evolution in the sector of infrared heaters for industrial processes , designed to be mechanically integrated into operating machines, ensuring rapid, uniform and controlled heat transfer.
Both models integrate a fast medium wave IR-B lamp ideal for complex applications requiring precision, operational continuity and maximum reliability.
The structure with interchangeable monoblock reflective body and the SUPERMIRROR aluminum reflector with extremely high reflective power allow for optimized heat diffusion, making these radiant modules the ideal choice for IR tunnels, industrial ovens, professional dryers and high-performance drying systems .

Entirely made in Italy and hand-assembled, the two MI-1650 and MI-2250 models are equipped with a fast, medium-wave translucent quartz IR lamp , equipped with special high-temperature-resistant nickel/copper cables , Teflon insulation and silicone fiberglass coating. The terminal block housed in a metal box protects the entire system and ensures electrical continuity even under harsh operating conditions.
The power supply for both heaters is single-phase 230V-50Hz , with IP24 protection rating , a feature that allows for safe use in controlled industrial environments. The MI-1650 model has a power of 1650 W and a current draw of 6.6A (specific power of 25.4 W/cm), while the MI-2250 model has a power of 2250 W and a current draw of 9.2A (specific power of 34.6 W/cm).
Both models ensure optimized symmetrical diffusion , thanks to the SUPERMIRROR aluminum reflector with a high reflection coefficient. The standard optic is supplied with a diffusing focal length ( a concentrating optic is available upon request for high energy density applications).
The hot-dip galvanized sheet metal construction guarantees mechanical resistance and durability ( AISI 316 stainless steel is available upon request for highly corrosive environments). Each unit is designed, built, and assembled entirely in Italy and ROA certified according to Legislative Decree 81/08 and Directive 2006/25/EC .

These types of infrared waves have a greater heat diffusion capacity , ensuring uniform, intense, and comfortable heat distribution. This phenomenon is attributable to the wave's limited penetration into the air and maintains the heat even after switching off. Fast medium waves are the most widely used in industrial settings due to their better power/heat distribution ratio .
Medium wave quartz lamps can reach operating temperature in about 40 seconds . Furthermore, fast medium infrared waves emit very little visible light , and the bulb temperature can reach 500°C.
The design, construction, and manual assembly, performed entirely in Italy, ensure high-quality construction and control over every stage of production. This artisanal care makes the heaters reliable, high-performance, and suitable for intensive industrial use in continuous work cycles.
The SUPERMIRROR aluminum reflector ensures maximum reflection of infrared radiation, increasing thermal efficiency and ensuring stable and uniform energy distribution . This feature makes the MI-1650 and MI-2250 models particularly suitable for continuous production cycles in the painting, screen printing, and resin and plastisol drying industries.
The optimized symmetric diffusion allows uniform irradiation across the entire work area, reducing thermal gradients and optimizing the quality of treatment on materials such as technopolymers, fabrics, metals, leathers, plastics and microgranules.
The standard diffusing optic is designed for most industrial uses.
The hot-dip galvanized sheet metal construction ( optional AISI 316 stainless steel available upon request ) ensures durability and protection against the chemical and environmental agents typical of the most demanding production environments. Entirely Italian assembly guarantees artisanal quality combined with high industrial standards.
