GH MI-1500 and MI-2000 - Internal Infrared Radiant Module with Short Wave Lamp
The GH MI-1500 and GH MI-2000 are professional infrared heaters designed for mechanical integration into industrial machinery requiring thermal precision, continuous operation, and high build quality. With an integrated short-wave IR-A lamp, they are ideal for drying, curing, and catalyzing processes within machinery such as IR tunnels, ovens, and paint booths.
The high-performance structure and the monoblock reflective body give these systems a constant and homogeneous thermal output, making them suitable for professionals working in industrial screen printing , in the treatment of paints, resins, glues, plastics, leathers and even in the food sector .

Technical specifications
Entirely made in Italy and assembled by hand, both models offer high performance thanks to the Specular Tex® electro-polished aluminum reflector, characterized by exceptional reflectivity that increases the efficiency of IR-A radiation. The ROA certification guarantees compliance with safety regulations for exposure to artificial optical radiation, making these heaters reliable, high-performance solutions designed for continuous professional use.
The power supply for both the MI-1500 and MI-2000 heaters is single-phase 230V-50Hz , with IP24 protection rating , a feature that allows for safe use in controlled industrial environments. The MI-1500 model has a power of 1500 W and a current draw of 5.8A (specific power of 44.1 W/cm), while the MI-2000 model has a power of 2000 W and a current draw of 7.4A (specific power of 58.8 W/cm). The wiring technology with Teflon-coated copper/nickel cables ensures resistance to high temperatures and operational continuity even during the most intense thermal cycles.
The optimised symmetrical diffusion guarantees thermal uniformity, while the diffusing or concentrating optics (on request) allow for more precise control of the irradiation based on the type of processing.
Shortwave infrared IR-A
Short-wave infrared (IR-A) lamps are the most common type, capable of instantaneous heating and excellent air penetration; the heat produced is more superficial than that produced by medium-wave lamps. This type of technology is the most widely used in industrial settings due to its excellent power-to-price ratio.

High Performance Specular Tex® Reflector
The Specular Tex® electro-polished aluminum reflector amplifies the lamp's radiant power , improving the quality of radiation and optimizing energy consumption. The highly reflective surface allows for even heat distribution , reducing heat loss and increasing the effectiveness of heat treatment operations.
High Temperature Resistive Wiring
Wiring made with Teflon-coated nickel/copper conductors ensures maximum heat resistance and long-lasting operation. This is essential to ensure production continuity in systems such as IR tunnels, dryers, and paint booths, where thermal stability and electrical safety are essential.
Diffusing or Concentrating Optics (OPTIONAL)
The option of choosing between a wide-beam or concentrated optic ( upon request ) makes the GH MI-1500 and GH MI-2000 models extremely versatile. The standard wide-beam optic ensures optimized symmetrical diffusion, while the concentrated version (upon request) allows for focused projection, ideal for specific applications in the screen printing, textile, metal, plastics, and marble and tile treatment sectors.
