The FBC CIP.6 is a semi-professional petrol-powered wood chipper designed for the efficient management of small to medium-sized pruning branches and plant residues. Equipped with a petrol-powered combustion engine available in the 4.8 HP Honda GX160 or 5.6 HP Loncin G200F versions, the FBC CIP.6 wood chipper ensures excellent cutting performance thanks to its single-blade chipping disc , four mobile hammers and an L-shaped counterblade . The self-feeding system guarantees a continuous flow of material into the hopper, optimising processing times and reducing operator effort.

Technical specifications

The FBC CIP.6 wood chipper is powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine , available in two configurations: the Honda GX160 with a power output of 4.8 HP (3.6 kW) or the Loncin G200F with 5.6 HP (4.1 kW) . Both versions offer excellent reliability and low fuel consumption, with manual recoil starting and low vibration levels. The petrol engine makes it independent of power sources, ideal for outdoor work and on agricultural land or wooded areas.

In terms of performance, the FBC CIP.6 petrol wood chipper can process branches up to 60 mm in diameter , with an hourly output of up to 4 m³/h , depending on the type of material and operating conditions. The hopper's size allows for easy material introduction, while the shaft-mounted cutting system with self-lubricating bearings ensures long life and minimal maintenance. Automatic material feeding

Safety during maintenance

During cleaning or routine maintenance, the cutting system rotation lock with safety pins ensures maximum operator protection. A branch pusher is also included to safely insert material, avoiding direct contact with moving parts.

Optimized unloading of chipped material

The discharge pipe, positioned 90 cm from the ground, ensures easy discharge of the shredded material, allowing it to be directly filled into containers, bags, or wheelbarrows. This makes wood chip management more efficient and efficient, reducing post-processing collection times.
