Lavor COMFORT XXS MINI 60BT is a Professional Floor Scrubber Dryer designed to ensure high performance in the maintenance and continuous cleaning of moderately sized surfaces, offering a significant reduction in operating costs. This floor scrubber dryer combines prolonged autonomy, high tank capacities, and intuitive control via an ergonomic steering wheel with a digital display. The constant pressure of up to 28 kg on the brushes and the 61 cm working path ensure uniform surface treatment, while integrated automatic systems optimize detergent consumption, safety, and operational continuity.

The machine has a total power of 300W with a motor at 150 RPM and a dedicated power for the brushes of 2 x 300W, supported by a 400W vacuum motor capable of developing a depression of 1300 mmH2O for high drying performance.
With a working width of 60 cm and a squeegee width of 65 cm, it allows for an hourly output of up to 3200 sqm. The large-capacity tanks, 70 L for detergent solution and 75 L for recovery, drastically reduce refueling stops. It supports inclines of 13% unloaded (10% under load) while maintaining structural balance and continuous advancement even in complex environments.
