The Art-Eco ECOOL 25P evaporative cooler is a large area cooler, ideal as an industrial cooler, warehouse cooler, and for other work environments.
ECOOL 25, a machine with Unique Features: equipped with Inverter Motor (for quiet operation, low consumption, and very high performance), Polyethylene Monocoque Body (resistant to impacts and corrosion), Oversized Tank (for long autonomy with permanent water connection option), Extra-Large Evaporative Pads, and integrated antimicrobial UV lamp.
Equipped with an Emergency Stop button for operator safety and an extended warranty of 5 years for the motor and 2 years for electrical components. Protective cover included.
A high-quality technical cooler, the Art-Eco ECOOL 25P has an airflow of 25,000 m3/h and is made of a polypropylene monocoque body resistant to impacts and corrosion with an oversized 170 L tank for long autonomy.
This evaporative cooler has reduced energy consumption and low running costs. Equipped with large wheels with brakes, moving the Art-Eco ECOOL25P is easy and safe. It also features oversized evaporative pads that improve its cooling capacity.
Functional Specifications
Oversized Evaporative Pads
Oversized evaporative pads increase the exchange surface between air and water, significantly improving cooling capacity. A larger wet area allows for more effective evaporation, lowering air temperature more quickly and uniformly. Furthermore, by operating at lower loads compared to standard components, they ensure consistent performance over time, less stress on materials, and better overall system efficiency.
120-Speed Inverter Motor
The 120-speed inverter motor allows for extremely fine adjustment of airflow, precisely adapting to environmental conditions and comfort preferences. Unlike traditional systems with only a few levels, it offers continuous modulation that avoids fluctuations, reduces energy consumption, and maintains a more stable temperature. This translates into greater efficiency, lower noise at low speeds, and smoother operation at all times of the day.
Oversized Antimicrobial Tank
The Art-Eco ECOOL 25P features a large 170 L oversized tank for long autonomy with a permanent water connection option, extra-large evaporative pads, and an integrated antimicrobial UV lamp. This latter feature, as demonstrated by numerous studies, allows for water disinfection up to 99.9%, effective against microbes and bacteria, without altering water properties and without generating residues or bad odors.
Emergency Stop Button
The Art-Eco Ecool25P industrial cooler features an Emergency Stop button that halts operation in case of emergency for maximum operator safety.
Easy Control and Maintenance
The large control panel allows for fan speed adjustment. Cleaning and maintenance are facilitated by easily removable filters.
Evaporative Cooler Operation
Hot air passes through the evaporative filter and picks up moisture from the water in the tank; the air cools down, purifies, and is then distributed into the environment.
The air that exits is therefore humidified and at a lower temperature, creating a sensation of well-being upon contact with the skin. The effect is more pronounced in hot and dry environments.
