The Duplex Escalator Professional allows the cleaning and washing of moving escalators simply, effectively and in a short time. It is equipped with an original trolley for its transport and for easier positioning on the step surface. A patented self - guiding system keeps the machine stable and stationary in the working condition. With the first intervention, a pre-cleaning is carried out: the special differentiated brushes, in strong rotation, introduce their bristles into the depth of the grooves of the walking surfaces, expel and instantly lift the dry dirt and dust, projecting it into the chamber. depression created by the simultaneous action of a vacuum cleaner (aspirator / liquids) integrated into the system. Immediately afterwards, the machine distributes the special Detex liquid detergent. The action of the product, combined with the energetic action of the differentiated brushes, dissolves the sludge, the greasiness and any more solid dirt residue deposited inside the channels.
A powerful centrifugal action manages to project this waste material towards the conveyors, depositing it in the recovery tray without leaving a trace on the steps, which regain their original brilliance.
