The Airmec LC 5000 DDC is a professional 4.5 kW (kVA) petrol generator with a high-quality AVR card , suitable for continuous use with artisanal equipment or for small homes.

Airmec LC 5000 DDC is a 230 Volt single-phase, 2-pole generator with a 4-stroke OHV (overhead valve) petrol engine, recoil starting system and engine flanged to a 2-pole single-phase alternator characterised by high-quality electrical insulation and high reliability.

In OHV internal combustion engines , used by Speroni Spa's Airmec generators , the valves are located above the combustion chamber, in the cylinder head canopy. This arrangement allows the engine to inhale the fuel mixture more evenly and exhaust it more completely and rapidly, resulting in greater combustion efficiency, the use of a higher compression ratio, superior engine performance, and lower fuel consumption.

The OHV design provides engines with excellent thermal balance, which helps reduce cylinder warpage, oil consumption and increases engine life.

The Electrical Panel

The control panel includes 3 single-phase sockets and a 12 volt 8.3 amp socket with earth terminal and ignition key .

The Reservoir
The Airmec LC 5000 DDC is equipped with a large 25-litre steel fuel tank with level indicator and allows for 10 hours of autonomy with an average load of 75%.

The Engine
The generator is equipped with a powerful 11.0 HP LONCIN engine . These engines have been used successfully for years in both agricultural (motor pumps, motor hoes, etc.) and artisanal (pressure washers, power barrows, etc.) sectors, and thanks to their robustness and reliability, they have earned the trust of professional operators.
The engine is equipped with electric start (dry battery is optional) and recoil start.

The AVR Card
The AVR board installed on Airmec generators is a high-quality product. This is a key component of the generator, regulating the engine's rpm to maintain constant voltage and frequency. The AVR board is typically the most at-risk component in generators, and only the use of high-quality electronics can guarantee the system's reliability.

The Frame
The generator is mounted on a sturdy painted steel frame equipped with rubber anti-vibration mounts for the connection of the alternator motor unit.
