The Airmec LC 5000 DDC is a professional 4.5 kW (kVA) petrol generator with high-quality AVR card suitable for continuous use with artisanal equipment or for small homes.

Airmec LC 5000 DDC is a 2-pole, 230 Volt single-phase generator set with a 4-stroke OHV (overhead valve) petrol engine, recoil starting system and an engine flanged to a 2-pole, single-phase alternator characterised by high quality electrical insulation and high reliability.

In the OHV type internal combustion engines , used by the Airmec generators of Speroni Spa , the valves are located above the combustion chamber, in the cylinder head pavilion. This arrangement allows the engine a more regular intake of the fuel mixture, and a more complete and rapid exhaust which translates into greater combustion efficiency, the use of a higher compression ratio, superior engine performance and lower consumption.

The OHV design provides engines with excellent thermal balance, which helps reduce cylinder distortion, oil consumption and increases engine life.

The Abac Start Silent RollCage OSS20P compressor is a 230V single-phase compressor with a 2 HP (1.5 kW) and 2900 RPM motor, which guarantees high performance thanks to direct transmission . With a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a 6 L tank, this compact compressor is able to deliver 230 L/min , making it ideal for various types of hobby and professional applications .

The low noise level, which does not exceed 67 dB , makes this compressor perfect for environments where noise must be contained. Furthermore, being oil-free , it provides clean compressed air, suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical or precision workshops.

The lightweight and compact design includes rubber feet that reduce vibration, making the Abac Start Silent RollCage OSS20P easy to carry and stable during use. The two supplied pressure gauges help monitor the pressure, while the valve and power button make it easy to control.

The control panel includes 3 single-phase sockets and a 12 volt 8.3 amp socket with earth terminal and ignition key .

The Tank
The Airmec LC 5000 DDC is equipped with a large 25-litre steel fuel tank with level indicator and allows for 10 hours of autonomy with an average load of 75%.

The Engine
The generator is equipped with a powerful 11.0 HP LONCIN engine . These engines have been used successfully for years in both agricultural (motor pumps, motor hoes, etc.) and artisanal (pressure washers, wheelbarrows, etc.) sectors and, thanks to their robustness and reliability, they have earned the trust of professional operators.
The engine is equipped with electric start (dry battery is optional) and recoil start.

The AVR Card
The AVR board mounted on Airmec generators is a high quality product. This is a fundamental component of the generator that regulates the revolutions of the internal combustion engine in order to keep the voltage and frequency values of the alternator constant. The AVR board is usually the most at-risk component in current generators and only the use of high quality electronics can guarantee the reliability of the system.

The Frame
The generator is mounted on a sturdy painted steel frame equipped with rubber anti-vibration supports for the connection of the alternator engine group.
