Biemmedue Confort 40 E - Fixed Industrial Hot Air Generator powered by 400V electricity

Biemmedue Confort 40E is a three-phase industrial heating system that offers great flexibility and savings, designed for use in tensile structures, tents and emergency situations even in mobile applications where it is not possible to use fossil fuels. Equipped with a power selector in 3 modes up to 40 kW, it has a built-in room thermostat and pre-heating and post-ventilation function.

Biemmedue Confort heating systems are designed and built with maximum attention to safety and efficiency , subjected to rigorous controls during all stages of development and production. Furthermore, the Biemmedue Confort heater is ready to use thanks to Plug & Play technology , eliminating the need for complex installations or masonry work. This system does not require fixed installations , allowing for a significant reduction in setup times and costs.

Power Selector and Room Thermostat

The power of the Biemmedue Confort 40 E heat generator is adjustable via a selector with three available levels: 20 kW, 30 kW and 40 kW , thus adapting to different operating needs. The generator is also equipped with a built-in electronic room thermostat (range 0°/+40° C) and a socket for an external thermostat , offering precise temperature control. It also includes an advanced safety system: FAN-LIMIT Bithermostat with automatic reset and Safety Thermostat with manual reset .

Ventilation System and High Performance

The centrifugal fan, with IP 55 protection , is extremely silent (≤ 66 dB at 2 meters) and guarantees high performance. This system ensures a high air flow with optimal static pressure, allowing uniform and long-distance diffusion of heat through ducts or sheaths.
The AISI 321 armoured electric resistors , with a high heat exchange profile, ensure effective heat transmission.

High quality of materials

The external structure in double steel sheet guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic insulation . The fixing of the components is done exclusively with screws and metric inserts (no self-tapping screws) for greater durability. The 0.5 meter power cable allows for a comfortable connection, while the pre-heating and post-ventilation functions improve the overall efficiency of the device.
