The Trotec TEH 300 is a high-power electric heater designed for professional applications requiring smoke-, flame-, and condensation-free hot air, ideal for construction sites , industrial plants , corrosion protection operations, and load testing on large air volumes. Thanks to its 80 kW heating output and high-performance radial fan, the TEH 300 can heat large rooms or outdoor spaces with precise temperature control, ensuring uniformity even over distances of up to 100 m via hot air ducts. This makes it the perfect choice for steelwork, coatings, painting, or any application requiring continuous, stable heat without the risk of flames or condensation.
Built to “ Made in Germany ” standards, the TEH 300 combines robustness , reliability , and ease of maintenance , making it a professional Plug & Play system: easy positioning, installation, and immediate start-up . Its stackable and mobile structure, with transport wheels equipped with parking brakes, allows for easy handling even on the most complex construction sites.


The TEH 300 power supply is three-phase 400V , with a nominal power of 84 kW , sufficient to generate constant heat up to 60°C ambient temperature, with a maximum exhaust temperature of 65°C . The heart of the machine is the stainless steel heating element , designed to withstand high thermal stress and ensure a long life even in extreme operating conditions. The machine has two fan stages , electronically adjustable to modulate the air volume and temperature, allowing precise control over the environmental conditions of the workplace.
In terms of performance, the TEH 300 manages a maximum air flow rate of 6000 m³/h with a pressure of 600 Pa , ensuring uniform and continuous heat distribution. The hot air can be conveyed through flexible ducts up to 100 m long , with a connection diameter of 450 mm, allowing targeted interventions even in very large or difficult-to-access areas. The structure is equipped with a robust metal housing , impact-resistant protective frame, crane eyelets and forklift slots , combining safety, ease of transport and optimised stackability for storage.


The TEH 300 integrates a multi-level electronic switch , allowing for precise adjustment of both air volume and temperature, adapting heating in real time to different applications. This system is essential for maintaining a constant ambient temperature during painting, drying, or corrosion protection operations, reducing energy waste and optimizing performance.


The machine is equipped with a radial fan , capable of maintaining a stable airflow even over long distances. Thanks to this system, hot air can be conveyed up to 100 m , making the TEH 300 ideal for outdoor construction sites , large warehouses or difficult-to-access areas, without losing thermal efficiency.

The machine body is made of durable metal , equipped with wheels with parking brakes , crane eyelets and forklift slots , which allow for quick and safe movement on construction sites or industrial plants. The stackable construction optimizes logistics and transport, reducing space during storage.
The pocket air filter is easily accessible via a lockable panel , protecting the unit from the elements and reducing maintenance time. All electronic components in the TEH series are high-quality, ensuring reliability and long life even under harsh operating conditions.
