The Unicraft SSK 4 abrasive sandblaster is a large sandblasting cabinet , which offers a perfect combination of power , efficiency and precision .

Featuring a spacious 825L cabin , this Unicraft sandblaster allows you to sandblast a wide range of parts and materials with ease and efficiency.

The operation of the Unicraft SSK 4 sandblaster is based on the use of compressed air. With an air consumption of 800 L/min and a maximum pressure of 8.6 bar, the user can precisely adjust the air flow according to the specific needs of the product to be blasted. This ensures optimal control of the process and effective removal of dirt, rust and paint from the treated surfaces.

The air hose , of standard 3/8" size, guarantees uniform distribution of the air inside the cabin, allowing uniform sandblasting over the entire surface of the piece. This helps to obtain consistent and high-quality results , reducing minimizing the need for subsequent finishing or touch-ups.

To use the Unicraft sandblaster, the operator wears personal protective equipment (PPE), in order to minimize exposure to abrasive materials. The sandblasting gun and an air compressor are connected to the SSK 4 sandblasting cabin: the compressed air generates a flow of air and abrasive material at high pressure which the user shoots onto the object to be treated through the gun.

The LTF SSK 4 cabin is designed to support a maximum weight of 150kg within the grate of the Unicraft SSK 4, allowing even objects of considerable size and weight to be handled safely and stably during the blasting process. Furthermore, the maximum weight of the blasting agents supported is 75kg, ensuring that the operator can handle the abrasive material efficiently and without risk of overloading.
