The Tandem B7000 500 T7.5 air compressor is a compressor equipped with two 7.5 HP pump units and is part of the Abac Tandem B7000B 500 L range.

The advantage of a compressor with two pumps is the ability to guarantee high performance while maintaining efficient operation. The presence of these units on air tanks makes it excellent for use in heavy-duty applications, managing to tackle the most demanding operations.

Characteristics

Abac Tandem B7000 500 T7.5 has an electric motor with star-delta (YD) start and two pumping units of 7.5 HP each. Its air tank has a capacity of 500 L and has an air flow of 2046 L/min. The power is 11 kW with low revolutions at 1100 rpm and maximum pressure 11 bar. Noise level 82 dB(A).

Star-Delta Starter

Star Delta Start is a type of soft start that allows to lower the starting absorption of the compressor. This allows to start the engine softly without mechanical jerks by limiting the currents during the start.
