• Pump head in special brass
  The pump head is made in the Kränzle factories in Germany, using a special forged brass that guarantees a long life of the component.
• Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating
  Kranzle pressure washers have stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating; this expedient allows to have excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties, thus increasing the life of the machines.
• Dry run protection
  Each piston has a textile band and a Teflon-graphite ring. These components have very good sliding properties and lead to a reduction of frictional resistances and temperatures inside the machine. Thanks to these measures, Kränzle products are able to operate for a long time even without water, a fundamental characteristic in cases of dry operation.
• Bypass operation
  When the gun is closed, the high-pressure cleaners switch to bypass operation with reduced pressure and the water flows into the circuit with a residual pressure of approx. 10 bar.
• Pressure and quantity of water regulation
  The operating pressure and the water quantity are adjustable in order to adapt them exactly to the needs.
• Stainless steel pressure gauge
  Kranzle machines feature a large, highly visible stainless steel pressure gauge dampened with glycerine.
• Corrosion-free and long life
  Pump components and water-carrying safety devices are made of stainless steel or special brass.
• Loss recovery system
  To prevent any contact between the sucked air and the pump seal, a layer of water is used between the piston sealing systems. This technology allows a considerable increase in the life of the pistons themselves and of the pump.
• Product safety
  Kränzle high-pressure cleaners are tested and tested according to CE and TÜV/GS regulations with respective certifications.
