Highly Safe Full Gel Technology
The HZY12-60EV is made with advanced Full Gel technology, which includes immobilized electrolyte, Amersil microporous separators, and a Degussa amorphous silica gelling agent. This solution guarantees total leakage absence and a higher level of safety than conventional lead-acid batteries. The flat plates with a kneaded grid and the use of ultra-pure lead ensure reliable performance even under intensive use cycles.
Capacity and Resistance to Charge Cycles
Designed for continuous industrial applications, the battery offers a capacity of 55 Ah (C5) and 74.8 Ah (C20) , ensuring constant energy delivery over time. The internal configuration is designed to support up to 700 charging cycles , maintaining stable voltage and uniform performance throughout the product's operating life.

Measuring 26 x 16.8 x 18 cm and weighing 21.5 kg , the HZY12-60EV integrates easily even in limited spaces. The left-hand positive polarity and F-M6 pins allow for quick and safe connections, compatible with major industrial electrical systems, reducing installation time and simplifying integration.
Charging Voltages and Integrated Safety
The battery is compatible with controlled charging parameters: maintenance between 2.27 and 2.3 VPC , cyclic charging between 2.35 and 2.4 VPC and maximum voltage of 2.4 VPC , with ripple less than 3.5% . Operational safety is guaranteed by an EPDM vent valve and epoxy resin -sealed terminals, which prevent electrolyte leaks and increase reliability even in the most demanding applications.
