The Kamado Joe CLASSIC II Charcoal Grill and Smoker is a premium portable ceramic grill that is easy to transport and use anywhere. With a cooking surface of Ø 46 cm, this barbecue is ideal for outdoor grilling and camping.
Its peculiarity lies in the presence of the upper Kontrol Tower fan in powder-coated die-cast aluminum , designed to maintain a stable air flow even when the dome is opened. Thanks to the double regulation , it allows you to manage the temperature precisely, from a delicate smoking of 105 ° C up to 450 ° C for intense searing.
Equipped with AirLift hinge which significantly reduces the weight of the dome , allowing you to lift it with one finger and precisely control the opening position of the grille.

With a cooking surface of 1613 cm² this grill measures 118.1 x 75.4 x 122.9h cm. The cooking grates in resistant stainless steel allow you to add charcoal during cooking allowing you to continue without interruptions. The ceramic shell is resistant to heat with thick walls that retain smoke and moisture at any temperature.

The Kontrol Tower upper fan ensures a constant flow of air, even when opening and closing the barbecue dome, thus ensuring precise temperature control at every stage of cooking.
Made of die-cast aluminum with powder coating , it is resistant to atmospheric agents and wear . Thanks to its double regulation system, it allows extremely flexible management of the temperature, allowing smoking at a low temperature from 105 °C up to reaching 450 °C for high temperature grilling or quick searing.
