The Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Series 545 is a digital charcoal grill and smoker that lets you enjoy real charcoal grilling with the push of an automatic ignition button . This digital charcoal grill works by inserting a firelighter into the grill, loading charcoal into the charcoal compartment, and setting the desired cooking or smoking temperature on the control panel or smartphone app to ignite the flame in minutes .
Technical Specifications
With a cooking surface of 3516 cm² this digital grill has dimensions of 118 x 61 x 111h cm with a total weight of 52 kg. Thanks to the WiFi technology it is equipped with, it is possible to control the grill remotely while the built-in control panel allows you to easily set the desired cooking temperature.
The Masterbuilt Autoignite features a MiniHopper basket that holds up to 2.5kg of charcoal for up to 8 hours of use .

Digital Push Button Ignition
Lighting charcoal manually can be a real chore and is not always easy. With the Masterbuilt QuickStart system, lighting occurs automatically by pressing the firelighter button.
Remote Control App
The Masterbuilt Autoignite charcoal grill also works through the dedicated smartphone app that allows you to set the temperature and cooking time, receive alerts, monitor up to 4 meat probes and monitor the progress of the cooking temperature over time. In addition, the app allows you to consult various recipes to use as inspiration for your own grilling.
The DigitalFan system precisely maintains grill temperatures from 250° to 650° F for low- or high-heat searing for up to 8 hours of cooking.
Quick Cooking
This outdoor grill can reach a smoking temperature of 107°C in just 5 minutes and reaches 340°C in 7 minutes , making it perfect for any evening even when time is tight.
Cast Iron Plate
The grill plate is made of cast iron with a removable QuickSear flat cover that allows you to easily sear or sauté food. The presence of cast iron as a high quality material allows you to seal in the flavor of the meat, enhancing its aroma.
Heated Support Surface
The convenient FoldAway warming shelf keeps food warm once it's ready or while other dishes are cooking and can be folded away when not in use.
Additionally, the large prep space provides more room for cooking.
Quick and Easy Cleaning
The presence of the removable ash drawer and grease tray make cleaning the grill easier and quicker at the end of use.
