Munters ED HE 24'' 30'' 36'' - Exhaust Fans with Damper from 0.5 to 0.75 HP

Munters ED HE is an industrial fan designed to provide powerful, efficient and reliable ventilation in agricultural, livestock and industrial environments . Built with corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with a direct drive motor , it ensures long life, high performance and low maintenance.

This air extractor is equipped with a damper and double protection net to ensure maximum safety during operation and prevent the entry of foreign bodies.

Technical specifications

The propeller diameters are 610 mm , 770 mm and 925 mm respectively, with 0.5 HP AC motors for the first two and 0.75 HP for the ED36HE. The structure is in galvanized steel with Munters Protect anti-corrosion treatment , ideal for aggressive environments. The die-cast aluminum blades , statically and dynamically balanced, ensure smooth and silent air flow.

The optimised blade design and solid construction ensure a high and continuous air flow. The ED36HE model reaches 19,100 m³/h , while the ED24HE reaches 9,100 m³/h , ensuring optimal air exchange even in large rooms.

Munters Protect Anti-Corrosion Fans

In agricultural environments, high humidity, acidic pH and aggressive chemicals accelerate metal corrosion. To meet these challenges, Munters has developed Munters Protect , an innovative material for fan blades that is more resistant to corrosion than AISI 430 stainless steel and pre-painted metal. The result of advanced manufacturing processes, it offers greater durability , reliability and performance in the most demanding conditions. The following images show the comparison after 700 hours of salt spray exposure : the SS 430 stainless steel blades (left) show obvious signs of wear, while the Munters Protect blades (right) maintain a healthy and resistant appearance .
