This Munters Saturn ONE air extractor is equipped with a belt-driven AC motor and has a double protective mesh to ensure maximum safety during operation and prevent the entry of foreign objects.

Munters Protect Anti-Corrosion Fans

In agricultural environments, high humidity, acidic pH, and aggressive chemicals accelerate metal corrosion. To meet these challenges, Munters developed Munters Protect , an innovative coating for fan blades that is more corrosion resistant than AISI 430 stainless steel and pre-painted metal. The result of advanced manufacturing processes, it offers greater durability , reliability , and performance in the most demanding conditions. The following images show a comparison after 700 hours of salt spray exposure : the SS 430 stainless steel blades (left) show obvious signs of wear, while the Munters Protect blades (right) maintain a healthy, durable appearance .
