Munters EC50 is a 50 inch professional cone fan , designed for livestock , greenhouses and industrial facilities . High air flow, low consumption, corrosion resistant structure. Available in AC version (1.0 / 1.5 HP) and E-line with EC motor (1.6 HP).
This air extractor is equipped with a shutter and protective net to ensure maximum safety during operation and prevent the entry of foreign bodies.

Technical Specifications
The EC50 fan uses a 1270 mm propeller with 3 self-cleaning blades , mounted on a belt drive . The body is made of steel with Munters Protect treatment , for a long life in humid or aggressive environments. The AC version guarantees IP55 protection, while the E-line reaches IP66. The EC motor allows speed regulation and a reduction in consumption of up to 50%. All models operate up to 50°C , maintaining stable performance.
The weight varies from 106 to 109 kg depending on the configuration. The shutter is composed of 10 light blades in plastic material, with centrifugal opening system and return springs for hermetic closing. Sound level between 69 and 75 dB(A) , ideal for continuous use.

Galvanized steel shutter
The galvanized steel shutter guarantees maximum resistance and hermetic seal, avoiding any air dispersion. The patented centrifugal system ensures a stable opening, without the need for maintenance. UV-resistant materials, a high-efficiency motor and an anti-vibration grille complete an extractor designed to last and consume less.
Munters Protect Anti-Corrosion Fans
In agricultural environments, high humidity, acidic pH and aggressive chemicals accelerate metal corrosion. To meet these challenges, Munters has developed Munters Protect , an innovative material for fan blades that is more resistant to corrosion than AISI 430 stainless steel and pre-painted metal. The result of advanced manufacturing processes, it offers greater durability , reliability and performance in the most demanding conditions. The following images show the comparison after 700 hours of salt spray exposure : the SS 430 stainless steel blades (left) show obvious signs of wear, while the Munters Protect blades (right) maintain a healthy and resistant appearance .
On request, the 1 HP and 1.5 HP models are available in the Power Munters Protect version, in stainless steel with a paint finish that is 10 times more resistant than normal materials.
